Would be a 5 except for my disappointment with the instructions relative to programming the remote and the super-fast sound associated when I change volume levels

Purchased in store and then found it on Best Buy website for less 2 weeks later….lower price from 3rd party so price guaranteed is void. If they are going to have 3rd party sellers on their site, it should apply. Have not taken out of box yet, may return.

3 stars because first of all the price is very expensive doesn't match with tv experience so that's a - 2 *. Second of all the color gamut is not as wide as Quantum technology and it is very noticeable, I would say 25% less than Quantumdot color. So outdated color like from 5years ago. So that's another -1* and finally the brightness and user interfaces still lagging still not good enough. So that's another -.5*. In conclusion, this TV is way over price and outdated color.

When I bought my TV the salesman told me that if it went on sale cheaper in the next 90 days they would refund the difference. That was in addition to their regular price matching guarantee with other sources. The TV indeed has gone on sale for $50 less at BB twice now and for $20 less at Amazon but they refuse to honor their promises. They gave me a crazy runaround – that since the TV at BB came from a different supplier and therefore has a different SKU (an internal inventory control number assigned by BB itself) so it doesn’t count????? The same exact model and size of TV but they changed an internal control number so they don’t have to give me my money?? Do they have special software that generates new random sku’s every week when the sales change to make sure they never have to do it? They said the Amazon price didn’t count either because that was also a different supplier!!! Duh!! It’s a different company – OF COURSE it is a different supplier. I have bought my appliances and large electronics from them for years. I was waiting for my TV BB reward certificate to buy a zoomy new LG induction stove but since they made it clear they don’t want my business anymore and in fact are effectively barring me from ever shopping there again I bought it elsewhere.

Well i cant say much about it since i only had it for a day and stopped using it since it didn't work. I bought this open box, was supposed to be "excellent" condition, but when i picked it up i had to ask for a remote, and it didn't come with anything else. Anyways the tv would turn off after about 20 minutes and wouldn't work unless i unplugged it and plugged it back in. So i ended up returning it, which was hassle free thankfully.
