    Great TV - Terrible experience with BestBuy

    Fabulous TV but BestBuy delivery failed miserably. Waited 6 days for delivery, I missed a day of work, and BestBuy never reached out to say the delivery was delayed. Called and asked to speak to a supervisor and never got a call back! The TV was finally delivered 4 days late and I missed another day of work! Still waiting for that supervisor to call me. Horrible service. Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

    Customer service regarding delivery and installation services were terrible. Received conflicting information from telephone service staff.
