I do have 3 issues with it. First there is no owners manual, only a drawing guide on setup that is difficult to interpret. Second, there is no stand or feet included only a bracket for attaching to a wall mount, that I do not want to use, so i had to return to purchase a stand. Third, the remote sucks! Especially with no owners manual. It is not easy to figure out and is very poorly designed. There is no channel guide formthe LG streaming channels either.

If there is a negative, it's due to the fact that it only included a wall mount. At least for me, I didn't want the wall mount - bought an aftermarket stand for $30-$35, and it has worked out great!
