In my research of 55" HDR TVs I ended up selecting LG brand based on TV comparisons and consumer reviews. I am glad I selected this TV and it was within my price range. Picture quality is sharp and clear. Also, the setting provides multiple picture view modes from sports to aps. There is a lot of options to viewing other channels for free via their channels plus.

I have been using this TV for 3 weeks now and bought this particular model after doing a lot of research including getting feedback from friends who work for major technology manufacturers. The build quality and picture quality with the TV are superb. I highly recommend this model

Works great right out of the box, great picture for the price

did a lot of research into UHD 4K and the LG was a consistent positive. originally thought I needed a 64" to replace my old samsung "64" home theater projection system but realized they measured from case to case vertically. the screen on the samsung was actually just short of the lg i bought. so far very happy with it and the installation process.

The picture quality is awesome, the software interface is really fast compare with another brands, the sound is loud and clear, you also can hear the bass like a sound bar, the only problem for me, after 2 years with it now it has problem it turn the volumen up by itself with no reason, need repair now

Terrific quality picture. Very easy navigation. Really enjoy the ability to add additional applications including U-tube for immediate entry into this site. Great sound quality. Repeat purchaser of LG TV. Products keep getting better. Geek Squad did my installation and were very professional and I was totally satisfied.

I believe it's in line with the higher end tv's that are more pricier. Excellent tv and looks beautiful.

I'm not a deep TV critic, I find that any of the major manufactures meets my expectations. One the whole, I've found that we trend to the LGs as a family for the softness of colors, compared to e.g. a Samsung, but that's just our opinion.

Our previous tv (also purchased from BB) went to tv heaven and we purchased this model, after getting a strong recommendation from the BB salesperson. The Geek Squad installed it and it has worked perfectly since. The picture is great, much better than our previous tv. Would highly recommend this tv.

Head phone are great, Bose noise canceling have some issues with the TV and brought in my IPAD for the geek squad to help me set up and there were and are issues had to go to Apple to get resolved. TV has a great picture just having issues with connecting speakers and the IPAD now works great
