went from a 40 inch tv to this 55 inch and we love the 4k

Excellent quality picture, great sound. Wonderful dimension

The picture on this TV is phenomenal, however it has an afterglow whenever the TV is black that kind of ruins it for me. If you watch movies or shows with dark scenes do not buy this TV

This is the best TV you can get from LG before dumping major bucks on an OLED panel. The quality is hard to beat. I remember getting this for an unbeatable open box geek certified deal. Still going strong in January 2020!

Only have used this TV for about 3 weeks, but it is pretty sweet. I'm still learning the controls and the remote in particular. As my first LG, I am not disappointed. I'm not a gamer, but do like quality videos and this is excellent.

I am a retired electrical engineer who pays attention to details particularly when it comes to technology. I spent the better part of a week researching 4k Tv technologies and features before settling on this particular model.

This replaced an older HD television. Did our research and this LG completely lives up to what we read. We are still learning the “smart tv” aspects of it but find it fairly easy to use even for us of an older generation.

My wife and are big fans of LG TVs and this TV does not disappoint. The installation was outstanding and the geek squad technicians were outstanding! Professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend. We are very happy :)

Good tv and great value. I did not realize the Spectrum steaming app doesn’t work on LG TVs. I may have purchased a different brand if I had known. Other than that, I’m happy with this tv.

Relatively easy to install & hook-up, but we needed 2 people to handle it. The room has glare, and we are able to see the screen quite well. Works with XFinity.

Can’t beat it for the price has all the features of much higher priced TVs easy to use whites are a little bright and darks are a little to dark but only had it 3 days so still adjusting since it’s my first 4K tv

The TV is probably a little more technical to what I've been used to but I'm old now and not up to snuff on everything but the good thing is I don't need to use all the bells and whistles. I'm happy.

I've been waiting a long time for 4K to become reasonable. Last year prices fell and I bit. The SK9000 is a beautiful TV especially for the price. We're very happy with this purchase

This is the best value for your money if you don't want to spend the money for an OLED screen. Colors are very accurate with a few minor adjustments. The smart interface is good.

After much research and visits to the store, I decided on this tv. I have not been one bit disappointed. It does more then I knew it did. Really have always purchased LG

Space restricted me to size, but I really like this TV. I replaced a 8-year-old plasma TV, and while I think the plasma dark colors were a little better, I began to see holes in the coloring. Good TV for the price!

I got the 65" version of this TV. So I needed to get a new tv for my room but didn't have the room to get another 65", so i got the 55" version. And its a great tv.

Great television if you don't want to spend more to get OLED. LG has a great web OS too. lots of features and the stand works most places you want to put it.

Great tv for the money Love the smart tv. YouTube works great and love the built in browser. The photo gallery app works great too for parties.

First tv where I feel I have to adjust the picture mode depending on what I'm watching....I always just turned the TV on and it was great. Sometimes no matter what mode I choose, it still has soap opera effect in some scenes which is disturbing. and I have to pick a mode that's not to dark or light. I want to just turn the TV on and relax, not fidget with modes. I do like the size of my new tv. The ease of connections, available apps. I wish there was a quick set up guide to all the TV hook ups. Should I use a specific Hdmi cable?, cat 5,6,7 cable?,etc.
