I can't believe that there is a better TV out there. It took only about an hour for a Geek Squad member (Alex) to unhook and remove my old projection TV. He easily hooked up my older VHS recorder, Blu-Ray DVD player, older Bose Audio system and my over the air TV antenna to my new LG SK9000 TV. The sound and picture are so amazing it almost takes your breath away... My wife and I just love it. Thanks to LG and Best Buy for a truly great experience.

Great picture and great sound, apps are easy to use, however, sleeptimer is kind of inconvenient.

In spite of the fact that I currently owned 2 LG televisions prior to this purchase, I cast a broad net over several brands before making my purchase. My final decision came down to picture and sound quality. Finally after numerous "show and tell" visits to BB, I selected this LG. Sadly, the built-in channel guide is not user friendly and the magic motion remote control makes AA battery power disappear "IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE".

We made a great choice. The color is great, the picture is clear, and the added sound bar sounds good

Had few complications upon first purchase but best buy took care of it fast and with ease. It's been over a year and I'm still learning new features. And you get free internet TV channels? So awesome! I got it paired with my Nvidia Shield TV for 4K streaming HDR and LG 4k Blu-ray player. The price has dropped tremendously since I got it so I recommend getting it! Dark blacks, clean HDR so good!

Great Picture Quality. Slight soap opera effect. Slightly more than i would have like to have spent, but after a lot of research this was the bang for my buck. I am dinging it a star because of the placement of the ports. I wish they were centered. Unfortunately the ports are on the left side and all my equipment is on the Right side of the TV. Since the tTV is mounted i needed 9+ ft cables to make it all work.

My wife and I were hoping to get a premium quality 4K TV for less than $900 - and thanks to Best Buys price match policy we ere able to and are very, very happy to have been able to bring this one home. Just in time for the NFL playoffs, the Australian Open, and the upcoming Super Bowl. Could not be happier or more impressed with the picture clarity and definition - and the sound - which was real step up!

Setup was easy as I’ve had a lot of experience. I did have a problem getting the pointer to work. I spoke with my Best Buy salesman, an LG factory rep and even took the remote to the store where it worked perfectly. It took me some time and trial and error. Finally figured out if voice assistance is on the pointer won’t work.

so i had a bad experience with a TCL. i returned it and went to local best buy to check out stuff. I wanted something that had a great picture. I had a 65 inch before but ended up getting this 55 inch because the picture is amazing. I also love the fact that the back light doesn't come from the sides and totally helps with back light bleeding which was my complaint with previous TV. Glad i got this one.

Ease to set up. Sound quality is outstanding. Video images are Real and Beautiful

This wasn't the model on sale, of course, and isn't the latest technology. But, during our side by side comparison for same size models with mostly same features, this was the clearest picture and not glary like the high gloss QLED or OLED that we thought we wanted the most--and would have been on sale! Very please with this purchase. Have had zero problems.

Bought another 55 inch tv at another store due to side viewing angle issues. Came to best buy- should have come here first. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff helped us pick out a tv that is perfect for us! Crystal clear picture from all angles; very good sound even without a sound bar.
