easy set up, easy to use. clear picture, good color

Bought this TV for the family room. Wanted to have a 4K TV going forward and one that connected to the internet for streaming through apps like Netflix. This TV was on sale and the Best Buy associate help me select it as the best 4K value at or above 50". Works perfectly right out of box and simple to use

I purchased this TV to replace my main TV for $549.00. Fantastic picture. Easy to use and set up Smart TV. Two weeks after purchase, Smart Menu "locked up" and had to reset TV. TV has been fine in the 3 weeks since reset. I am thinking about purchasing another one for my basement. Great Buy!

We have a 60-inch LG and we knew we wanted another one for our bedroom. This LG-55 Smart TV was easy to set up and its easy to use (but that may be because we are familiar with LG products). The clarity of picture is great! Sound is great! I've noticed that Hulu is included on most models; would be nice to include SlingTV also. Outside of that, it's just about perfect.

I have used this TV for almost 2 months. While I am not a fan of HPs WebOS this LG seems to have implemented it well. It has a TV Guide like feature, you can search for a movie and it will show you which services you may have that make it available to you....like that's on Hulu and Amazon. Or you can watch it on Netflix right now. Lots of common apps already installed. I was surprised to see Channel Plus installed - for online Internet channels like ESPN, Wired Magazine, Cooking shows etc. It downloads apps easily - there seem to be plenty of them. I do not like the remote control. From what I can tell that's the part they cheaped out on. I have an older LG with a wand remote that I like. That would make this quicker to make selections and enter searches. The slide mode for your USB home photos and movies works well. But, I have yet to figure out how to make those my screen savers images instead of the ones that come with the TV. That and the cheapo remote control give it 4 instead of 5 stars. I would recommend this TV - it's price point and video clarity for the size make this a winner, just buy another remote for it. I have not tried the phone remote app and there is one ! My phone can be the remote. That's next. LG has done a fine job of integration.

The install was so simple. The last TV that purchased didn't have sound for 4 days because it was so complicated to set-up. The picture, sound & ease of the remote is great. I did not do online reviews as I usually do. I relied completely on the Best Buy associate's guidance.

Purchased this tv after reading multiple reviews and checking Consumer Reports. The TV was purchased on sale at Christmas when my other TV quit working. So far I've been very pleased with the picture and easy set-up. Definitely recommended, especially for the price.

I did much research before purchasing a smart TV. Not only did this TV stand the test of consistency, but it surpassed my expectations. It is a great value for the price and I found it easy to navigate.

This TV is lightweight for its size and has a great clear sharp picture. It's my first "Smart TV". I really didn't want to get one, but now I love being able to stream movies. Definitely a great choice!

This is a great TV. I bought this 55 inch 4K Smart TV using the Best Buy price match that made it too good to resist. The picture is wonderful and like going to the movies. Using the smart TV aspects are easy. The TV is hooked up to a DVD player and sound system. The hookups are easy and the result is a professional system.

I have never been so pleased with a TV it is more than i expected.Perfect color, clarity, width of clear vision,easy to use and setup. If you want a great TV this is the on for you. We went from a 65" to a 55" and the smaller size is almost undetectable

Got this tv and instantly my jaw dropped to the floor. Amazing picture and the graphics on this tv are amazing. This tv has HDR so thats an added bonus. Sound is greater than any tv ive ever had before but i would definitely recommend a soundbar w/ subwoofer.

Nice size TV great picture decent sound easy to set up Wi-Fi has a few problems with it One main one is that the Wi-Fi does not automatically hook up all the time.

Great choice for my first smart TV. It was pretty easy to set up, and I love being able to have Netflix and Amazon Prime easily accessible. On my other TV I had to go through the playstation. I am learning more and more as I continue to use it. Screen is a great size and has great quality images.

This is my first LG TV that I have bought as I usually go for Samsung, however, LG has taken the cake with this TV. It's lightweight, slim, and the picture quality is amazing. I would highly recommend for everyone looking to buy a TV,

An excellent buy. Very good picture. Easy to set up and use. Has all I wanted and need. Size is perfect for my environment. There are others that are better, however, I can't justify spending an inordinate amount of money for a difference in picture only recognizable when sitting next to each other.

We bought this Smart TV several months ago and have been very pleased with the picture and functions. We stream channels through the Sling app on the TV, as well as Netflix and absolutely love being able to "cut the cable".

It's October now, and I bought it back in April. Very happy with it. The smart features are great (the ones I use). I'm sure there are other great apps I could use but haven't. Streaming in UHD. My favorite TV I've ever owned!

This TV has an amazing picture and the smart features work amazingly well. The only draw back is the sound but that is kind of expected with this kind of television. It still works very well but a sound bar makes it that much better

Was in the market for a 4k television and this was a great choice for the price. Picture may not be as amazing as some of the OLED tv's that you'll see on the floor, but I've been perfectly happy with it since bringing it home.
