The sound varies it seems from different channels & utilizing Smart TV. We bought a receiver so hopefully that will balance the sound out.

Some issues

I contact support; which was very helpful. They troubleshooted the issue for my and said if it continues to happen they will send a technichian to look at it. Other than that the TV has a nice picture and an easy user interface.

Not a great tv

I was expecting much more from this set. The documentation for setup is worthless. Remote is ok once you figure it out. Would have bought another set but got this one cheap. Well you get what you pay for I guess.

Web OS delivers a very good experience with a fast and easy to use interface. Sound could be a bit better but nothing that would make me change my mind when buying a TV. I am actually thinking of buying another one.

Great TV. Setup instructions could be better

Had to look online and eventually had to call support to figure out how to change the input source so it could scan for my Uverse channels. The documentation is all visual and wizard doesn't explain it - it's the small button with the gear icon at the top right of the remote.

The OS is very slow sometimes and when you have opened more than 2 apps, the tv gets really really slow that you have to turn it off manually. The wireless connectivity is not so good. Quality of the screen is ok, it does offer 4K and HDR.
