I purchased this tv for my dad. He's wanted a smart tv and a 4K this was a great tv for the price! I'm glad we went with it instead of the Samsung. Great picture and easy to use!

Nice TV for the price. Excellent picture. I watch this one without a sound bar and it seems pretty good to me. Lightweight for the size. Plenty of hook-up terminals of all kinds.

Great picture, nice viewing angles, good color and saturation and well connected with apps. Easy setup and 4K picture is great. If you want a modestly priced panel for everyday use, this is a great value. Purchased on sale for $549.

This is our 3rd LG TV. Picture is Bright & Clear. I was afraid about buying a "Smart TV" however it was very Easy to Set Up and Connect to Internet and other items. Even a Non-Computer person like myself can Handel the Set Up

I bought this for my main room. It is bigger and brighter than the old TV that suffered a electric disturbance and lost its HDMI capability. Both of us enjoy its smart features.

I have this tv now for 3 months it's been great. Picture quality is excellent. It's has excellent features for hulu, play station tv and sling. It's really worth the money.

I cant even begin to explain the picture quality with this. Even better was the amazing easy setup as a smart tv. It pretty much did it all itself and it was ready to go.

The LG - 55 " - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV is a great TV for a really good price. Easy set up and the added bonus of wireless access to additional channels is a plus.

This is not the TV I had intended to purchase the day I went shopping; however, the price was good and it had all the features I needed. I am just stepping onto the 4K market and did not want to spend too much as a novice.

I got a great deal on this TV, and it is replacing my 23-year old Trinitron. The 4K DVD clarity is spectacular and I ime everything about this except the connections. I have seen some TV's with HDMI and other plugs on the side. With this TV they are in the back, and there are not many of them. Best to use this TV with a reciever that can handle all of your inputs (old and new), then it is no problem. I have a VCR (stop laughing) Xbox One S and Nintendo Wii, along with digital cable and a CD player. We also hook up thhe laptop through the receiver. Anyway, picture is great, built-in tuner is fine, all is well.

This thing is a beast with a pretty picture. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the slow menus and remote. Everything is real sluggish when trying to select anything with the remote. Mostly just a minor annoyance.

I bought this TV when moving into my new house and I am very happy with it. It's enormous and fills up a small / medium-sized living room perfectly while not being "overboard," and even though it's 4K AND a Smart TV, it's a very reasonable price. Seems like it goes on sale fairly regularly, so it's definitely worth grabbing when it does.

I came home from 2 weeks of training to find my old TV had died. I was not thrilled to spend the type of money I saw on the advertisments. My girlfriend recommended Best Buy. She stated that your company had very consumer friendly financing. The other problem I had was I didn't understand the new TVs. LED, LCD, 4K, OLED, it was bewildering. I went in on a weekday figuring a Sales Rep could spare more time with me during a less busy period. No worries, Best Buy had plenty of help around to assist customers. I met Matt at the Mira Mesa store and I had a shopping list of questions. I gave him the amount I wanted to spend and he patiently explained all the different TVs. He showed me a comparison between a 1080 and 4K. I picked the 55" 4K LG. I also bought a sound bar. I went back later and purchased a Blu Ray player. I'm amazed at the quality and clarity of the picture and sound bar added a dimension in sound to action movies that really enhances the experience. I qualified for 24 month interest free financing. 5 stars for my total experience with Best Buy.

New tv is everything I could want. A smart 4K tv. The switch between inputs or apps is smooth. Picture clear and crisp

Love the picture easy setup the apps work great just make sure if your not mounting it on a wall that you have a wide cabinet the legs are about 3ft from each other.

Has great pic, very clear & dynamic. Also love the smart version makes it so much easier to go to netflix, hulu, amazon etc. Kids love to dance to music so it's convenient for internet. All around good purchase.

This is a very nice tv. Very clear and sounds good. There are a lot of great options on tv like side by side picture. It also let's you connect to Web TV easily.

Easy to use the apps and install/update them; beautiful images with HD & 4k videos; pretty intuitive for beginning Smart TV users; overall no complaints so far!

This is fantastic TV at an affordable price. From movies to sports to the basic news, the picture is crystal clear. A major upgrade from my previous TV.
