We just moved and were looking for a larger tv for our great room. We were originally going to get one around 40/45 inches. I visited the store and spoke with one of the salespersons and they showed me the "Open Box" area. We found a 55 inch with all of the contents still in box (thankfully). So I came out with a bigger tv at a cheaper price. We've had it for almost 2 months now and no problems have come up. Picture is clear, no glitches while gaming, and the definition is awesome.

We bought this unit because of it's reviews and the price was very good. Looks great and is exactly what we expected.

I have had several insignia brand TV's we decided to spring a little extra money and purchase this 55 inch LG 4K TV and both me and my wife love it! Picture is awesome I play my Xbox on it with no complaints at all I love it I will definitely buy another LG in the future!

The wife and I both love it. Beautiful picture and easy to hang on a mount. We have a large kitchen dining room and expected to get a 40-50" maximum sized tv. However, having a great LG Expert at the Best Buy store (Toledo), helped me find the perfect TV for this unique room with lots of natural light, odd viewing angles, etc. To my surprise, the 55" was my only option that met all my needs. In the end, absolutely no regrets and the wife is very happy.

Finally found what I was looking for at an affordable price. Very easy to use and very great image quality.

This TV makes watching a pleasure. The picture is outstanding with beautiful colors and contrast. Outdoor programs and sports are especially benefited by the new technology.

I purchased this tv almost half of regular price. I was wondering if there was a reason the tv was so cheap. Turns out I just got a really good deal, because this tv is awesome. The apps are very snappy and the visual is crystal clear. It even sounds good. This is the best tv I've ever owned.

i am still playing with this item. so far so good. in general i think all tvs are overpriced. i bought this one because it was an open box item. as such priced reduced. i have been buying lg products exclusively because i have had better luck with both quality and durability. so far this fits the bill. i would recommend this tv to anyone looking. the lg picture seems better than the rest and my last tv is still working almost 10 yrs after its purchase. i just upgraded.
