The picture quality is amazing and I love the magic remote! A terrific value!

We had a 42" LG for about 4 years and wanted to upgrade both screen size and picture. After reviewing the variouse product ranges we opted for another LG as we were so pleased with the first one. The picture is great! The new control system works well, the interface with other devices (Amazon Fire Stick and Samsung 4k player, and Computer HDMI) is flawless. Great product.

Recently mounted and hooked up this tv in the bedroom.This is my first 4k tv and was worth the price. Was originally going to get another top brand but while at Bestbuy, saw this TV and the quality of the picture. Awesome! Having a smart remote foe the tv is also good. I would buy another one in the future when I need to replace my 65 inch tv in the main room.

4K ultra high hd is awesome! I like the apps it comes with and the mic on the remote. Does not play .avi file from external drive

Fabulous Picture Quality; Great Features; Cool Remote/Wand/Mouse

I've had this a little over one month now. I am amazed at the picture quality and I like the size. The speaker is in the back so you really have to have a sound bar with it. The only thing I have found that I do not like is the remote. It slopes down to the front making it feel like it is constantly slipping out of my hand. Because of this, it is awkward to apply pressure to the buttons and I often have to put my second hand on it to switch channels or any other function.

My wife and I were spoiled by watching a Panasonic 42" 1080 HD plasma TV. When it died a few weeks ago, we replaced it with the LG 55UJ7700, which is a very good TV when watching it head-on. Even though it has a wider viewing angle than most other LCD TVs, it still pales in comparison to the viewing angle of a plasma TV. I wish companies had not stopped manufacturing plasma TVs, since the picture quality is much better for folks not sitting directly in front of the TV. Also, while the color range is good, another inherent problem with LCD displays is that they cannot reproduce actual bright reds like plasma TVs can. Perhaps had I paid the $250 extra to get it calibrated by machine/experts, I would have been more satisfied, but I have been adjusting the color since I bought it a month or so ago and just cannot get it "right." The menu for adjusting the color and everything else is not very intuitive. Perhaps that's because my last TV was purchased 10 years ago and I've not kept up with the terminology. Finally, the sound is OK, but could be much better, not nearly as good as my old plasma, which had actual large speakers on each side of the screen. Also, the TV has no analog audio output, just a digital output, which cannot be connected to a set of speakers I already own. I think TVs are designed this way now to induce customers into paying another $250 for a separate speaker system. I will do without the professional calibration and the extra speaker bars because this TV is all I can afford if I want 4K with HDR. While I am pleased with its performance, but not totally satisfied, I think this TV probably is about as good as it gets without jumping another $1,000 for an OLED display and I cannot afford to do that. I got it on sale for $775, which is cheaper than the same TV on Black Friday, which I consider a good deal.

The visuals on the TV are amazing and all of the encompassing smart features such as Netflix, YouTube and other apps are great to have accessible directly from the TV rather than going through a peripheral device. The loftier price tag seems worth it so far. plus it has a fantastic amount of inputs for multiple devices

Was really excited to get a 4K television since I just got a PS4 Pro and was interested to see how the graphics compared. The picture is great but the remote and menu selection lags a bit. To enter email addresses and passwords with the smart TV features takes forever and the response for selecting inputs or menu options is not fast at all. If you get frustrated easily this may be tedious for you to set up but the end result is quite nice.

Recently purchased this LG smart Tv and I have zero complaints about it. The picture quality is great, the sound is as good as you could possibly get for being just tv speakers and being able to talk to the remote makes it very convenient. I would highly recommend this tv. It is super sleek which is a bonus!

I bought this tv because of the reviews I read. The tv is not perfect out of the box, but after about 10 minutes and tweaking the picture settings it was perfect. The picture is very clear and the colors are spot on. Great tv, great price.

55 inches of rich color, crystal-clear definition makes for excellent football watching in our media room. Last TV we had bought dated back to 2003, and this makes a world of difference. I just wish this TV came with some user-friendly guidelines on how to fully use the smart TV features. You're basically on your own to figure that out.

I had shopped around for a 4K Smart TV for about 2 weeks. Visited my local Best Buy store to shop in person. Spoke with one of their Sales Associates who showed me this LG 4K Smart TV. It has been a nice investment for our new home. Fantastic picture and better than advertised sound quality.

I picked this up while it was on sale. It looks fantastic. The sound from the TV is surprisingly loud. It has plenty of inputs for HDMI, USB etc. I'm very happy with this purchase.
