I have had this tv for only 5 days, worked great last night and then this morning I get a no signal message on hdmi 1. I switched hdmi cables and still nothing but port 2 works though, I looked on the lg site and it seems to be a common issue with these TVs. Beautiful tv when it is working...Returning ASAP and buying a different brand!!!

On my 3rd tv in a month, first one was damaged by the store, returned it. Second one the hdmi port 3 stopped working, returned it. The third tv was working great, for a month and then the hdmi port 3 stopped working, again. To late to take back to BestBuy, not sure I want to deal with taking it to a repair shop and live without a tv for who knows how long.

Hi, thank you for reaching out. I can image how frustrating it is to have to connect to WIFI multiple times. Have you tried power cycling the television? You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates. Also, double check your connections to ensure they are secure. If this does not work, please reach out to us via phone at 1-800-243-0000 or online on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/LGUSSupport or Twitter @LGUSSupport so I can assist you further. ^EJ LG

This is ridiculous, I have only had this TV for 3 weeks and the HDMI port 2 went out, 1 and 3 work as of now but really! Will not be wasting my time on any LG products.

One of the three HDMI ports keeps shutting off. And it floats: sometimes it's 1, sometimes 2 and sometimes 3. It's super annoying especially for my kids who just want to play Xbox or Switch.

I did give this 3 stars because the HDMI ports on it don't work as they should. Have to unplug my cable and switch it to a different port every other day. Pretty annoying. I even tried switching out HDMI cables so I know it is not just the cable itself

picture is nice but the internet is horrible Wi-Fi and Ethernet neither works well . trying to do anything through it is very slow or does not function it just hangs forever,I decided to bypass the internet and connect my laptop with an HDMI cable and it only works when you first plug in the cable . you have to disconnect, the cable every time and reconnect it to make it work each time.very big pain.all y other devices work fine on wi fi or Ethernet cable . but not the TV itself

There are lots of tvs in this price range that are only HDR compatible. This TV has active HDR and shows a great picture. It's easy to set up, one down side is there's only three hdmi ports. Movies and video games look great and the sound is nice.

Picture and sound are very good. I have only owned this TV for about one month and the HDMI 3 port has given me an error message of not recognizing the device twice so far. Unplugging the power cord, waiting for about 30 seconds and reconnecting resolved it each time. LG was contacted after the first time and took note of it. They said they would send a service person if it continues. If it happens a third time I will request service.

    Great Entry Level 4K

This LG is a great entry level 4K TV for those on a budget. I was originally going to get the 4 series TCL Roku but saw really bad reviews. I found this TV along with the Samsung priced the same and decided to go with LG. This TV has three HDMI ports and several others that the Samsung didn't have. Some other reviewers said the the number 1 HDMI port went bad after a few days and I have to say that when I hooked it up I thought mine was damaged as well. However I unplugged and plugged back in and it has worked fine since. The picture is amazing even considering I don't have a 4K streaming device or 4K content. I don't use this TV with an antenna I only use streaming services and all come in so real to life its almost scary. I definitely would go in and turn off the energy saver setting and play around withh the picture settings. It did appear a little dark with the energy saver on, but once it's off and played with the other settings found the one that was perfect for my set up. Overall I would recommend this TV for those on a budget, if money is not an issue LG and Samsung have better 4K TV's.

I'm really happy with this Black Friday purchase. I was deciding between this one and a 55" Samsung with similar pricing. I ultimately chose LG for the extra ports this model has. 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB, and several others that Samsung did not have. When I first turned on the tv I also thought the screen seemed dark (as another reviewer stated) but upon looking thru the settings menu realized that "backlight energy saver" was automatically turned on. I turned this off and the screen brightened considerably. The TV looks great from multiple angles within our living room. It's also held up well against the strong natural light coming in through our patio doors nearby. My only complaint is the legs seem a little cheap. Plastic-y and the tv is still quite wobbly. I don't think this is enough to knock it down an entire star.

Ok, this is a very honest review! Bought this tv on Sunday. Got it home and when I took the tv out of the box to lay it down to install the legs, I heard a rattling sound. The screen panel was not secured to the bezels and was flopping around inside. Next was the black border at the bottom of the screen. I could see the 2 far right light devices at the bottom bleeding through the bottom border. No matter what I did with settings it was still bleeding through. Another thing was that to use some if the features in this tv, I was required to give permission to privacy issues I am not willing to hand over to LG or anyone else. I also read that the hdmi ports go bad but didnt wait for that to hapen. No HBO app either and Im not buying an extra fire stick for that. This tv went back to Bestbuy and I will never buy another intrusive cheap tv like this again. Do not buy this tv!
