I like the picture quality of this TV but I was very disappointed with the stand. Yes, the stand is too flimsy and the tv rocks back and forth if you slightly touch it. Overall it's an inexpensive and fine quality TV but spend a little more and get a better unit.

It is a good TV for its cost. The picture quality is good and has good sound. My biggest complaint is the stand. if you will be mounting this not a big deal but if you are not mounting the stand is very flimsy.

Great picture, great quality. The only reason I gave a 4 is the legs are not good at all, tv is wobbly. the leg are not a stable support. If lg reads these reviews.FIX THE LEGS. also if they have a solution to this problem,DO TELL ALL that have purchased this item. I would not recommend this product with little kids and hyper dogs or cats.

For $400 right now it's hard to beat. The legs are garbage and we are scared it's going to tip over if the dogs play to rough and bump the table the tv is on. Picture quality is nice.

Very good picture at the price point. Don't except OLED level picture, but very good pic and solid black levels. Only downside is that the stand (I did not wall mount it) is wobbly and feeble. Would not be good if you had kids running around near the tv and could knock it.

We Love the tv. Still learning all the smart stuff but it is easy to access Netflix, You Tube and all the other ones. Wish it had a little more sturdy legs for the stand as we can't hang it on our wall. But we love the picture and sound. It is great so far.

If it weren't for the fact that it would have been a hassle to return, I would not have kept this tv. The legs that come with this are not stable. Not a suitable choice for anyone with children or pets as it can be knocked over quite easily. I ended up having to purchase a different base for the TV costing me an additional $70. Using it with the legs it came with would have been a safety hazzard.

The picture on my 2012 Samsung tv that it replaced was better(and it wasn't 4K. . this one is). Also the Legs aren't stable at all.

Very nice picture, but if you're in the energy saving mode, the screen seems a lot darker. The sound is surprisingly good! There are a couple minor things that prevented me from giving this tv a 5 star rating: 1) The stands are too darn cheap and wobbly, even with the 2 screws. 2) It doesn't have the audio connection for my older receiver (will get a converter for that, no biggie). Overall, good TV for $399!

I didn't know what I was missing until I watched an action movie in 4k. As a novice, I needed the help of a friend for fine tuning which led to discovering just how advanced this TV really is. I love it. Since it is still new, the jury is out on longevity. Overall, I am very happy with it. Almost forgot, the only fault was that the leg stands were a pain to install.

You get what you pay for. Good overall picture. The 4K aspect, I am still trying to determine the difference. Need a legitimate 4K source to view. Everything else is good. the remote is easy and has direct buttons to Prime and Netflix. Sound is adequate. Lite weight, and easy to move around. The two stands the TV sit on are a little flimsy. Viewing angles can improve. Watching from an angle, there is a difference in the color of the picture.

I'm really happy with this Black Friday purchase. I was deciding between this one and a 55" Samsung with similar pricing. I ultimately chose LG for the extra ports this model has. 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB, and several others that Samsung did not have. When I first turned on the tv I also thought the screen seemed dark (as another reviewer stated) but upon looking thru the settings menu realized that "backlight energy saver" was automatically turned on. I turned this off and the screen brightened considerably. The TV looks great from multiple angles within our living room. It's also held up well against the strong natural light coming in through our patio doors nearby. My only complaint is the legs seem a little cheap. Plastic-y and the tv is still quite wobbly. I don't think this is enough to knock it down an entire star.

I really love this TV. So glad I broke down and bought it on cyber weekend. Vast improvement from my last setup (40 inch 3D Samsung). Gaming looks so good, was able to get everything adjusted just about perfect.sound is solid though I feel at some point I might try finding a way to hook in my stereo system to bump it up. Viewing angles seem good enough for group viewings. Had my friends over to watch Bladerunner on 4K Disc and it was wasy better than any time previous. The app system is alright, nothing too fancy. Most of the lg stores's availability is kind of lackluster aside from the big 3 (netflix, hulu, prime). Startup time is good and syncing consoles has been easy to get 4k signals out of them. 4k HDR content looks stunning on this screen. The leg supports could be better. I feel that when the set is brushed even a little theres a lot of sway going on that can make me anxious. Would have preferred an older weighted center base instead or stronger reinforced support legs. But for 400 it seems like a small gripe.
