    Picture adjusts by itself

    This tv would be great if the brightness levels would stop changing. I use my computer, xbox, and cable all hooked to this tv. The problem is very noticeable when scrolling in a web browser. If you scroll past something dark the whole tv gets very dim. I thought it was my computer so I did the same in a web browser on the xbox. Same result. After hours of research it appears this is a common issue that LG denies even exists. I've spent hours adjusting every power setting and picture setting you can think of and nothing helps. Very annoying with it always getting dim and bright. Don't buy this junk.

      We hate to hear you are unhappy with the Energy Saving feature that automatically adjusts the screen brightness after detecting the ambient lighting.     No HBO?

    After being forced to downgrade by Best Buy due to a Geek Squad snafu, I had to settle on a tv of far less quality. The fact that this tv can’t have HBO downloaded is a MAJOR disappointment to me. How could an international television manufacturer not support that application? You can’t mirror your videos with your iPhone without having to buy a Chromecast and the LG Tv Plus app has no real functionality. The real remote feels like a drop from 6 inches would break it and it’s really such a downvote to the tv too. Overall, I’m highly disappointed with Best Buy. I’m upset that this tv lacks so many standard features on other TVs.

    picture is nice but the internet is horrible Wi-Fi and Ethernet neither works well .trying to do anything through it is very slow or does not function it just hangs forever,I decided to bypass the internet and connect my laptop with an HDMI cable and it only works when you first plug in the cable .you have to disconnect,the cable every time and reconnect it to make it work each time.very big pain.all y other devices work fine on wi fi or Ethernet cable .but not the TV itself

    The overall quality of the tv and picture are nice. It would have been helpful had the employee who encouraged me to purchase an LG would have explained that major apps such as HBO and ESPN are not compatible with LG. Verses spending more money on a device to hookup to this new smart tv, it’s just smarter to go with a brand of smart tv that already has all the desired apps.

    If it weren't for the fact that it would have been a hassle to return, I would not have kept this tv. The legs that come with this are not stable. Not a suitable choice for anyone with children or pets as it can be knocked over quite easily. I ended up having to purchase a different base for the TV costing me an additional $70. Using it with the legs it came with would have been a safety hazzard.

    Poor quality

    On my 3rd tv in a month, first one was damaged by the store, returned it. Second one the hdmi port 3 stopped working, returned it. The third tv was working great, for a month and then the hdmi port 3 stopped working, again. To late to take back to BestBuy, not sure I want to deal with taking it to a repair shop and live without a tv for who knows how long.

You do this by unplugging the unit, then hold the power button on the unit for 60 seconds. Then plug it back in. After this, check for firmware updates.     I had this not even four days, and I have a problem with the picture!! It is 200% brighter on the bottom half of my tv. Maybe I got a lemon, I went based on reviews for this tv.... Other than that issue the tv WAS great, picture, sound was amazing. Hints the 2 star.

    Inputs going out after 30 days???!!

    Purchased for our daughters room at Christmas and in January the inputs started acting like her Xbox wasn’t plugged in. She has to toggle between inputs to get the tv to realize the Xbox one is plugged in. Very disappointing

    The Smart Tv comes with free cable channels which is great, the remote does not light up so it's hard to see the buttons at night. The blacks on the screen have a glare the rest of the colors are fine.

    I've been playing around with the picture quality but it appears dim, not bright. Feels like a plasma tv or projection tv. Would not recommend LG. It makes me wish I would have gone with Samsung or TCL.

    TV picture quality not so good

    Did everything, replaced cables but no result in improving quality. Bought December 19, 2018 but Best Buy gave less than 30 days for returning the TV.
