Love this tv. It was so easy to set up and has great sound. There hasn't been any problems with it. I do think it should come with the Magic Remote, though. That way one doesn't have to pay extra for it.

so far clarity is great and the over all view angle appears to be good. the color is good or better that most and pleased with ease of use

The tv was easy to install. The size is perfect for our room and the sound and picture quality are good. Like smart tv capability.

Open Box purchase... to replace 39 in 10yo (dumb) TV... To-date the Best TV picture Quality and Sound I have purchased.. Ordered on line.. Picked up at Store next morning.. Less than 30 minutes to make required antenna and cable connections.. Watched 2020 Super Bowl that weekend.. AWESOME PICTURE and "Smart" features make it very easy to operate and navigate streaming sources. If I ever purchase another TV, 1st choice will be LG.. at Best Buy..

I purchased this TV to replace my old Insignia Plazma which was almost 8 yrs. old. I have to be honest, This is the BEST TV that I have owned. The picture is out of this world, The colors are true to life plus all of the features on this makes it a no brainer. You will not be disappointed with this.....

It's hard to give this a complete review or more than a 4 star rating at this point because of limited use. However, the price was good for the feature set. The picture is in line with what you'd expect, it's good. One Pro is the audio/volume. It's clear and adjusts well, which was why I bought this for my 75 y/o mother. One Con: The stand. Why do they even make these cheap and wobbley stands? It feels like the TV could topple over. I guess they expect everyone to wall mount? I wouldn't buy this again due to the stand honestly.

picture and sound are good, easy set-up, nice looking. just one complaint, and it’s really not a big one... TV is currently set up (hopefully, temporarily) for antenna channel access — vs. cable — and the steps needed to manage or ‘refresh’ available channels are clunky. And, a little ‘hidden’. Since this is a common way to view TV, it’d be helpful to have a quick one-click way to scan for channels... So, you wouldn’t have to scroll through the entire menu of icons to reach this setting.

Picture is great. They don’t have enough mainstream apps though. No HBO? What’s up with that? I’m not sure about the privacy on this either. I’m pretty sure that in order for you to “fully” use this TV you have to give away all your privacy rights. The channels or whatever content that comes with this TV offer no additional value. But the price was good at Best Buy, and I had a stick to put in.

Online buying is a snap! Nothing could have been smoother. The time that it took me to drive to the store was more than enough time for customer service to have my new LG 55" TV ready to go. Awesome picture and VERY easy setup. Love it!

The legs broke twice the the first time it happened the first day I purchased. The second time it fell and cracked the screen. Thank god I was still within my store return policy warranty. Can’t download a certain apps even tho they say it’s a smart tv so I use my fir stick. Good picture, sound isn’t the best. Perfect for a medium sized living room. Light weight. Price was good for the quality.

This is my first LG TV but it won't be my last. Unlike other brands the screen on the LG offers a clear picture from any angle which is important as it's in a wide room. The speakers are adequate although I am going to get a soundbar just because I prefer the better sound quality. I still need to play with all the Smart functions of this TV and from what I've seen so far I'm sure to be impressed.

If I could give this TV 4.5 stars I would. Overall I am really happy with it (I've actually bought two of them). The picture and ease of navigation are fantastic. My only complaint is that I've rwice had an issue with Netflix not working (unrelated to my network connection/speed) and the only way to resolve it is by unplugging the TV. That did resolve it however and otherwise the TV's have worked beautifully.

Have had this for a few weeks now. Read complaints about plastic feet — and they are — but has been a complete non factor sitting on our stand. Feet are nearly at the outer edge of the tv which meant we did have to get a new stand because of the width. Was unsure of picture for awhile: some things look so good while others don’t. Football game field views don’t look good but as soon as it switches to a close-up or other shot, it’s amazing. Have to believe it’s the broadcast, not the tv. Roughly 500mb of memory was cut in half immediately by loading Hulu, Netflix and Amazon video apps which appear to be preloaded but are not. Was concerned that any further updates would not have memory and therefore would be unable to watch those apps anymore. Was assured (after writing to the company) that the memory was taken by the initial download of the app and should be fine from there. Updates should take minimal additional. Something I’ll def keep an eye on. If you’re looking to put a lot of apps on the tv, this would be a major concern. All in all, a good tv for a 10x16 living room. In fact, almost too big.

*Extremely easy ordering, delivery, and setup. I've heard people complain about Best Buy for years, but this experience was really 5-star. I've never ordered something as large as a TV for delivery before, and it literally was as easy as ordering a pizza -- Best Buy's text and email notifications were immediate and very easy to understand. The TV is great too -- like another reviewer said, everything looks like a B-movie now because the screen resolution is so good. It automatically recognized my computer and sized the screen correctly, whereas I had to manually adjust the screen with the Samsung I had before this. And I don't know if there actually is a difference, but I also prefer LG's color balance over Samsung's -- much easier on the eyes. The only 'cons': - Because I sit directly across from it and I'm so used to a smaller TV, I kind of feel like the screen size on this one is a portal to another world. I guess I can never watch Black Mirror now! - The 'Black Friday' 'sale' price is still the same a month later. I'd still pay whatever is actually full price, though. Really glad to have bought this.

Love this TV Wonderful size and the picture quality is impeckable!! When I'm watching I feel like I'm on set right there in the show Takes HD to a whole new level. The smartv functionality is super easy to use and it can do pretty much everything you could want on demand but I truly reccommend buying the Magic Remote!

If you never installed a TV before, this documentation won't help you! Otherwise its fairly simple. I have always had LG's so I am happy with the final product. Most important things, picture, sound etc., are adjustable with a little trial and error with the remote. Legs look cheap, so look at the TV!!.

I was looking to upgrade to a smart TV and haven’t purchased anything other than Samsung in years. I was skeptical that the LG would be as good as the Samsung TVs I have. Not only is the picture every bit as clear and crisp but the sound is dynamic. The set up was super easy and the smart features are great.

I bought this tv for my daughter and son in law . There Vizio TVs picture had gone dark for some reason. They love the sharp picture and bright colors. I bought it for a great price and it was easy to mount on the wall. It is easy to hook up to a surround system and they love it. Great buy for price.
