Happy with the TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TV itself has exceeded our expectations. We did however hope to hook it up to Alexa. (One of the reasons we bought it) We found out that the "app" has to be set up to "learn" but can only be used by Alexa to shut the TV off. Alexa can not turn this TV on and does not have the capability through any app. Not even though LG's app. Silly huh? But if you want a great TV, this one will not disapoint!!

Very pleased with this TV

I gave 4 stars because while it says it is Alexa compatible, it is not fully. Alexa can only change channels sporadically, turn the volume up or down and turn the TV off. Can't turn tv on or seem to do much else. When doing research on this found it to be a common problem. Otherwise, the TV itself is great and well worth the sale price.

Just what I needed

I really do not use the smart TV function as I use Tivo "yes Tivo is still around". Great picture, sound, and inputs. Very happy with this TV and it has performed well.
