No other problems and that works very well

The connection to the internet is mediocre at best and it’s almost always lagging. The mouth is moving at different speeds than the words and at other times, they picture quality is ‘fuzzy’ for lack of a better word, totally inferior quality.

Great TV choice if you're not ready for OLED.

The magic remote is the best feature. Definitely worth buying if you're not quite ready to make the jump to OLED just yet. You can't go wrong.

LG - 55" Class NanoCell " A BIG Disappointment "

I returned my LG and best buy was kind and replace the LG with the same model, but having the same issues.

Avoid at All Cost

My TV is completely aggravating and pretty much unusable. The interface is horribly slow. When you click a button on the remote, the TV reacts several seconds later. All apps and the Samsung tv app take an extremely long time to load. The WiFi adapter is the worst of any device I own - TV or otherwise. The remote control interface is also poor. It does not operate well with signals that aren’t perfect. The interface on the TV gets confused between the pointer and the direct buttons. The TV randomly escapes my inputs and opens random apps. This was on sale for a reason. Do not buy this model.

slow OS, not good at all

The OS is super slow. I've tried updating, its updated fully. Changed remote batteries. Checked my internet connections. It's wired via ethernet and I've tested that port. Compared to my LG 55" E9 series OLED this model is slow as molasses. Takes more than 5-6 seconds to navigate between menus. I seriously think this model just is underpowered and needs a serious OS update from LG. This model just is not worth it.

Apparently not bright enough to do High Dynamic Range (HDR) well. Alot of these lower priced sets talk about HDR, but few can actually do HDR. Traded up.
