We sure have been enjoying watching our new Samsung 55 inch nano cell T.V. We bought it on sale at Best Buy and are well pleased. The picture is clear, the color is excellent and the operating system is easy. I would recommend this T.V. to those wanting quality at a good price.

I love this tv. Looks great when playing Xbox and PlayStation. The interface for streaming and apps is well done and not confusing like how some can be and a movie mode to automatically change the picture when watching certain shows or movies to give the best watching experience. Will buy again to put in the other rooms in my house 10 out of 10 would recommend

I so happened to have received a lemon where there was a ping-pong ball sized gray/black spot on the bottom middle of the TV screen (damaged LCD crystals). I noticed this upon set-up right out of the box, when just turning on the TV for the first time. The reason why I did a return instead of an exchange was: - The picture washes out dramatically at even a 45 degree angle. I have actually never experienced this with any other TV. - The TV's user interface is extremely laggy when navigating apps and settings. I do not recommend this TV. It get's a 1 star strictly because at head on the picture is pretty rich and high def. Best Buy was good about processing the return and picking up the defective TV from my home with no hassle.

To be honest the blacks are terrible, no matter what you do you cannot get the blacks to come like it should on a 4k TV they are washed out. Just part of the panel this TV comes with, I would recommend doing you research before purchasing but overall its a solid TV, cheap, and do not have to worry to much about it faulting.

    Great tv, horrible smart features

Great tv horrible smart TV. The smart features that are integrated in this TV are outright frustrating. Between poor performance and poor design this TV will likely drive you insane. The more apps you have to sign in to the higher your frustration. So if you only use a few apps you might be able to get by. Our TV disconnects from wifi every other day. We searched and found that if you switch regions from auto to an outside region and then back to your desired region it seems to fix the Wi-Fi issue. Now we face performance issues. Netflix keeps crashing and when it crashes it switches inputs. Then trying to scan the tiny qr code is absolutely infuriating. The qr code is too small to scan from the seat. At least with iPhone. Some apps have taken this into consideration and show a very large qr code but the ones with instructions on it are not scannable for us. I wish we had more options for the smart tv we like the TV for the most part. Picture and sound are excellent. Sure we could buy another streaming stick but we will always have to go through the smart tv and interact with it first. And we really don't want to have to use an HDMI port that we were supposed to have as part of the TV.

Hi, Hannah. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with theLG TV (55NANO75UQA) model. We appreciate your detailed insights, as they help us understand the challenges you're facing.

It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying the picture and sound quality! However, we understand that smart features are essential, and it's frustrating when they don’t perform as expected. Your tip about switching regions is helpful, and we’ll be sure to pass that feedback along.

Regarding the small QR codes, we appreciate your input on this design aspect. Larger codes could certainly improve user experience, and your feedback will be considered for future updates.

If you’re still encountering these issues or have more questions, please reach out to us via private message on social media @LGUSSupport. We're here to assist you and explore potential solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. ^Juvy LG

So the screen is amazing with natural colours Audio via speakers is perfect. Here comes the dirty part: WebOS does not run smoothly on this TV If you open HBO max and then any other app and then HBO max again, it will not be able to handle the load, the tiles/thumbnails of shows/movies will not load. I even tried connecting Ethernet cable in hope of getting things done faster on this TV with no luck. Light apps like netflix and prime will run smooth. God forbid if you accept agreement for LG channels your TV will get super sluggish cz it will have to switch back to LG channels each time you quit an app like netflix etc. So keep that off for sure. If you connect two headphones to it( yes 2, this TV has a feature of connecting not 1 but 2 headphones simulaniously, in my case plantronics focus and bose QC46) the audio will cut in and out pretty bad, works fine with 1 headphone though. Some good workarounds are to turn off "quick start" feature so that TV cache is completely cleared off every time you restart it. Also turn off ads on webos home screen, you will get a big webos banner but it will save some precious compute resources on this TV. OR Make this TV from smart to dumb by buying a apple TV/fireTV/chrome and use that instead.
