However the bill generated in the store and the actual bill was different since it was not explained clearly . Bestbuy membership amount was also added to the bill and it was not explained clearly that it would be but rather it was offered freely for the day. We had to make a followup visit to get this sorted out

You have to wait a minute for each time you press a button on the remote. And you have to work to just get to your regular channels. Do not like. Old LG was way better

The speakers are okay as well. Had to change the sound setting to AI sound pro and that changed made everything sound way better. Too much bass causes a lot of distortion though. The operating system is SO slow, I was extremely disappointed. My 4 year old LG is lightning fast. Granted it still retails for more than this TV.

I couldn’t afford that model. So I picked up the Nanocell LG 55 in. and I think the picture is better. I can also see the picture better in a brighter room due to the tv being backlit. Would recommend this tv to anyone.

Beautiful picture quality, I'm still working with the sound adjustment. Lot's of apps and trying to get use to using the remote. Overall, I'm very pleased. Not very happy about all of the permission that you have to agree to. I just want to watch TV. Everthing is getting to be so complicated now.
