    This is the most frustrating TV I have ever owned. The user interface is laggy, unorganized and to get all the benefits of the functionality requires an LG account (that requires a password reset every 3 months). Sure the picture is nice, but that's provided you don't get frustrated with the laggy operating system and decide to move to another room. I regret buying this TV. I bought a $200 TCL TV as a replacement and it's far superior. Save your money.

    Great screen quality and OS is super fast. Only issue I personally have is that LG doesn't have crunchyroll available on their app stores, but that doesn't affect my rating.

    It could be good, but there are some annoying things. First, I don't like the "pointer" feature of the remote - too easy to get into that mode when we just want to click. Second, it is way to hard to switch inputs. Finally, the sound is poor. We did consider returning it, but with all the complications in doing that, and the good sale price, we decided to keep it.

    I like the quality for the buck but I bought this one slightly used and was told had everything... Didn't have the power cable nor an HDMI so I had to buy a cable from Amazon luckily it worked. Other than that I really really like the LG magic remote it's basically a laster pointer. Will upgrade to an LG OLED near black Friday
