This recent experience has been terrible. First bought two tvs and had them installed and set-up. The installers were good but did not take the time to show me how these TV's work. In the past I had bought Samsung but this time I bought LG TVs. I needed some demonstration on how the different functions work and the instructions that came with the TVs were useless. Had a scheduled appointment (confirmed) for Geek Squad to come out between 1 and 8 and I waited 5 hours and finally called to see were they were. I was told that someone forgot to pick up the work order and I would need another appointment that would be set up by a manager and be very soon. After waiting three days and not hearing anything I called again and after a long while on the phone got another appointment for March 18 between 7 and 1. They said a manager would try to get me in sooner. This is extremely unsatisfactory performance of once was a reliable and good service company.

We did not keep one of the TVs or the mount as it did not seem to be the best solution to our unique space. He did a great job with the other TV and mount. Dylan was professional and very helpful.
