I understood most of what was explained to me. I have a difficult time understanding the protection I purchased and I hope nothing happens to the TV. The colors are not what I expected but I hope to be able to set a gradient to my satisfaction. I am doing my best to understand my upgraded TV, it would not be fare to say something just for the hell of it.

This tv has many apps but I regret to say that there are many apps that are not available for this tv, like HBO or HBO Max. I think Samsung is better, or a Roku streaming stick has many more options and quite cheap compared of the price of this tv
