    I only give the 3 instead of 5 because I've had to have someone come here twice so far. The television will not connect with the internet continuously. Even with my other Best Buy television purchase stays connected continuously. Because I took advantage of the geek squad, I've not had to pay for any Calls To my home. The geek squad and the 5 year extended warranty plan is an excellent bargain.
