I love the refresh rate on this TV! The magic remote is also so easy to use. Anyone can oikc up the remote and pretty much already understand how to use it. My favorite picture mode is Vivid.

This is the 3rd LG I have bought in the past year after the other "supposingly better brands" failed within a couple years of use. I love the quality and features and it also costs less.

This TV has been great for us. The colors aren’t crazy bright like others on the market. Very easy on your eyes unlike others with super vibrant colors. We had issues with another TV before buying this one, and returned the other. Went back to Best Buy and told one of the salesman our issue with the colors hurting our eyes. They recommended this unit and it’s been great. Hope it lasts as long as our previous LG.

This television has wonderful color. The built in Alexa remote works well. 55 inch size is great for my sun room which is 10 foot by 8 foot. I would not want any bigger.

Easy installation and connection. Quality is beautiful, colors unbelievable. Recommended to save money on this high quality TV.

I purchase this tv back in early September needed an upgrade from my old 4K tv that’s 4 years old. I’d say this tv is perfect for what I needed and would recommend it to anyone for gaming.

Great picture and great deal. I have always purchased either Samsung or Sony, but this TV ranks right up there with the best at a much more competitive price.

The TV has a good picture. The Operating System is good and easy to use. It has typical smart TV options. The TV is something to be proud of. The problem is the stand. This is the worst stand I have ever had on any TV. The stand is not sturdy enough for the size of the TV. The stand has already scratched my TV stand as it has no protection on those sharp metal edges. Why ruin a good TV with a cheap and worthless stand.

The tv has such nice color and it is so easy to work.. I have no problems reading everything that appears on the screen. It is really a great tv.

Bought this TV for my grandson for his brand new XBOX and the colors and the whole setup of LG NanoCell 81 are off the hook meaning AWESOME!!!!. My other daughters in Texas are going to buy the same on a larger scale at Bestbuy. They are so grateful and excited about the new edition, especially my grandson he is 8 years old, Their cousins, uncles, and some of the family are quite taken by this for his birthday gift from GrandPa. The tv, the colors explode definitions out of sight. Thanks, Bestbuy, You help me to make a kid so happy.

Needed to replace a LG TV that had was 8 years old. A independent repair person said new expected life for televisions was 6 years and recommended that I consider replacing rather than repairing. The television had previously provided good picture with no operating issues so I elected to replace it with another LG. Salesperson was helpful in explaining the differences in the 3 different classes of LGs available and I felt the Nanocell was a good choice which offered good quality for a reasonable cost.

Amazing vivid colors. 4K is super clear and crisp. Initial set up with receiver was easy once I put the AV HDMI in the correct HDMI port on the TV. One exception... If you watch Netflix or anything via WiFi once you turn on the TV the Receiver does not recognize and the TV speakers default vs, AV speakers. Never happened on my Samsung Curved TV. If you watch TV or use another HDMI port the AV speakers work as expected.

The time to buy at Best Buy is Black Friday! We got a great deal on our purchase. I love the sales people - I always seem to have a good experience. They stay with you & answer all your questions - & I usually have a lot of questions. So far, our LG TV & Sound bar are working out great - Love the TV. It has it's own antenna so you get certain off channel TV stations which is really cool. Excellent picture. Very happy. We will always shop at Best Buy if they continue this service. Thank you Best Buy!

This TV performs well and set up was easy. It actually does an excellent job with black and white movies and TV shows. They are easier to watch. One note is that I have seen some occasional drag in movement (rare) and the TV can be very bright on the white background scenes, but it is a 100% improvement from our old TV. My husband did not like it at first because he was not used to this quality of viewing. It took only one day for him to adjust to better viewing. Now he loves it! The sound quality is excellent as well!

Spectacular TV, colors from wherever you see it, it will always look good, much better than the Samsung Q60T, super recommended.

It's been 3 weeks since I received this TV. The picture quality is amazing and 4k videos are just mesmerizing. The only thing I did not like about the TV, which is common on most of the LED tvs, is the backlight. You can turn the backlight down to zero but that makes your picture really dark. But for the price this is a really good tv. I love the magic remote feature. If I had little some more cash to spare I would go with an OLED.
