This TV has a really good picture and great colors, however the black levels that it produces just doesnt do it for me. There are distracting grey spots coming from the corners of the TV, and the local dimming feature is downright horrible. I expected better for $850 and ended up returning the TV for a Sony X900H.

Picture quality is great, easy to use the smart features, and accessories connect seamlessly.

Love the picture 120 refresh is amazing for my gaming. Wish it had HBO max tho. LG must have a problem with them

I’ve had this TV for a while now. It has performed very well. GREAT sound, snd a gorgeous picture. No complaints here! This TV is worth the money. Watching the Cardinals games on this TV is just beautiful with the clear, and vibrant picture!! Sound is clear, with choices for every type of viewing! I cannot imagine anyone not liking what this particular TV has to offer!

Very with purchase. Set up team from Best Buy knowledgeable about tv, able to answer all my questions concerning how to set up tv for stations and how to use the remote. A small learning curve for me but I find it easy to navigate. Picture quality is very good, no complaints about different viewing angles. Highly recommend tv. I have 55 inch Nano Cell 85 UHD. No regrets with purchase.

Love the picture quality and sound is really good as well. One of my only dislike is the way the remote works for the TV- it is similar to a pointing mouse. You can switch to using the keys, but it automatically starts as a mouse pointer and it can be annoying at times. I also wanted a 60” as the 65” was a little too big. It only came in 55” or 65” in the size range I needed (there are bigger and smaller). Other than that it was easy to mount and is a great TV.

I've had this LG tv for about 6 months now. Love all of the free channels I get with the webos, and picture quality is nice even when watching from an angle. The only negative about the tv is the length of time it takes to turn on. It turns on to a channel and then loses the channel for about 30 seconds. It makes no sense that it turns on immediately and then has to search for the channel information again.

I was really surprised at the picture quality of this tv. The smart tv is easy to use.

As a television it works great. The images look good and show well. As a media device, it worries me - there's a lot of great apps on here that I fear will greatly shorten the life of the TV's use (if the apps break, or new apps come out how will this TV adapt?). The remote stopped registering a few hours after we set up the TV. Online sleuthing finally fixed the problem, but not without a fair amount of trial and error. TL;DR: When it's doing it's job, it's wonderful.

Awesome picture. I am new to the LG Web os platform. I do not like it as much as Roku. Also, I am an AT&T customer so I get HBO MAX but there is no app on Web Os. I also like to use Locast for local TV and there is no app for that either. Easy enough to either use the streaming stick of your choosing or gaming system of your choosing, so not a deal breaker, just kind of annoying.

Great picture, quality sound, easy to set up, Im very pleased with this purchase.

Love the LG Nano cell TV I purchased from Best Buy! The picture is clear and crisp! Watching it makes you feel you are there! The Geek Squad were very prompt at what time they would deliver the new TV! They were excellent at installing and programming the new TV! They even took the old one away! I would recommend them to all my friends! Thank you, Best Buy!!

Excellent TV for the price, supports all the new game consoles and has excellent image quality on anything you watch. Has a decent selection of apps but is just missing HBO MAX and Crunchyroll. Besides that this is one of the best purchases I have made to date and would recommend this TV to anyone looking for an excellent gaming TV and movie watching experience.

Great TV and the cutting edge of technology is stunning! The 55” screen make you feel like you’re in the Cinema! Of course it doesn’t hurt that I bought a fabulous LG sound bar that compliments the high quality of the TV. Yes I will definitely tell all my friends and relatives to go to Best Buy. Also would like to mention the Holiday Sales price didn’t hurt!

Love this tv. Finally upgraded to a smart tv and the NanoCell tv is the way to go. I would recommend this tv to friends and family. It was easy to set up, beautiful picture and also connects to multiple smart devices, even my washer and dryer. You can also get clear viewing from all angles. You won’t be disappointed for the price of the tv.
