Then in the middle of watching a show, the screen went gray, black, and blurry. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips I could find online to no avail. Sound was working, but not the picture. Exchanging it tomorrow for a new one. Hopefully it was just a fluke, & I happened to get a faulty one.

Was expecting too much perhaps, not sure. Sometimes the screen just seems a little bleached out. Comparied to my 2018 LG 4K, (LED - SJ8500 Series) not a huge step up like I expected. Can't really tell a difference between the 2 tvs. Maybe should have gone with the Sony equiv as review sites recommend.
