The blooming on this LG TV almost does not allow you to believe that it is full array led. When watching a tennis match I almost returned this TV. The Blooming in a movie where the credit are being displayed is not tolerable. LG this TV should not cost as much as it does. Now the good. The colors are amazing. The contrast is very deep. The viewing angle is exceptional. Please make it with mini LED.

Best graphic tv i ever had . Pictures quality is amazing, sound quality is excellent. My favorite part about this tv is magic remote . Ps5 works perfectly on this tv 4k 120hz. Gaming feels smooth on this tv .gaming mode on tv feels smooth felt less delay. Especially on 2k24 . Overall i give this tv a rating of 9.7 out 10

This is my first LCD TV and it checked all of the boxes I was looking for in a new TV. For sports and movies it includes all three main HDR formats - HLG, HDR10 and Dolby Vision. For gaming it includes the full HDMI 2.1 specification of VRR. ALLM and HGiG. It also enables the full 120Hz bandwidth on the 2 (HDMI 2.1 3 & 4) ports. Other brands in this price range may only support standard HDMI 2.0 60Hz. This makes this TV future proof for the current generation of video game consoles. I also really enjoy using the LG WebOS interface - it is very fast and responsive and includes applications for all of the major streaming services eliminating the need for a separate streaming device. The included 20W speakers are decent enough to use standalone without a sound bar if you have to. The only weaknesses are the limited brightness and slight blooming on dark scenes due to the full array LED dimming zones, It is however still much better than the entry level edge lit LED TV's at lower price points.

The picture of the LG NanoCell 55" is full of bright and deep colors. Very sharp picture. Easy to setup and use. Sounds great.

I am pleased that LG stands behind the products they sell, The reason for 2 Stars. That being said, I have had this TV since December 3rd 2021. It was delivered after the purchase date due to it being out of stock. I have had the motherboard replaced due to HDMI connectivity issues and am getting the whole panel replaced next week due to defects in the picture with dark spots, vertical and horizontal shadows and lines throughout the picture. The sound is incredible for a tv this thin and the brightness is outstanding but the quality is not there. LG is choosing to replace parts even though they have spent over what it was purchased for in parts and labor. A replacement or refund was requested but not approved. It has a 1 year warranty and I just can’t trust that something else won’t go wrong with it down the line. Darn shame as this TV was researched comparing it to Samsung by me for a long time. I thought I made the right decision. But they do stand behind it. Anyone looking for a Nano90??

LG's NanoCell technology essentially is an IPS monitor in TV format, and this panel makes for a good 55" computer monitor which I use as a daily driver on my HTPC(s) in my living room. The TV's settings take some getting use to in order to calibrate the color depth/appearance on-screen. Words of advice for anyone planning to use this TV as a computer monitor: Make sure you enable 120Hz refresh rate first in Windows 10 under the "Display settings" or your mouse pointer will feel laggy and your color depth will be off. HDR appears to be ok on this panel, but it makes no difference to me using SDR instead. PC Gaming while using this panel has been on point; I currently run 2x HTPCs side-by-side in my living room separately when this panel is in use, and one PC contains a 6800 XT while the other contains a 1080 Ti, and I get frame rates of up to 120FPS in modern gaming titles so need to be concerned a/b input lag. S/N: Make sure you're running the latest firmware on the TV and that your graphics cards are updated to the most recent drivers available. Also, I don't care to ever use the TV's internal audio and I wholeheartedly prefer external soundbars instead since their features are more superior.

I am enjoying the nano90. Made me feel as though i updated my console. The integration and ease of use of the "magic remote" with my console is incredibly practical and satisfying. This is where tech should be moving; not with proprietary and locked out features, but instead hardware and software that works across multiple platforms. One big glaring issue that took one of the stars: backlight bleeding on borders of panel. This was very disappointing when i first fired up my nano90. However, with gentle pressing using a microfiber cloth, i was able to fit the panel more appropriately.-(I believe) This and light pressing of the plastic border surrounding the panel. It actually clicked once; as if it was being properly set in place. Its far less substantial and im happy with the visual now. Before I fooled around and resolved the issue i was absolutely going to return the television. As an item in this price range should not come with defects of the sort. However, i have experienced and delt with similar issues with different manufacturers. I find it, somewhat, common in the panel lottery. Sound is decent, but not exceptional. I utilize Bluetooth headphones, which connects to the nano90. I particularly enjoy the hardware/software and interface. It may be one of the bigger contributions to why i may continue to use LG televisions.

Love the TV !!! Love watching my raider games on this TV. And the boxing event's and all PPV events. LG will never let you down. This TV i got 2 years ago. And still works like its brand new out the box. Im excited for it everytime i use it. Crazy because like i said , This TV is 2 years old. But it will forsure last more thank a decade as LG products usually do last long. Much appreciated.

The LG 55" NanoCell TV is perfect for setting up in a secondary room for great viewing. It would work well as a main TV as well, but the value was outstanding. The picture, sound quality and ease of use makes it a steal.

Outstanding picture for sports and movies. Very clear and sharp picture. Easy to set up and use. You do need a good sound bar to make the tv sound as good as the picture quality is. My wife really love this tv for watching movies..

Megan and Chase (Geek Squad members): *were on time *adapted to our schedule change *were responsive to our issues, solved all problems *very polite, and explained how to use the two remotes *TV was turning off a lot *a HDMI cable was found to be improperly installed *problems with the sound bar *the DVD player was never installed *noted a dent on back the the TV, might be the cause of TV turning off This was our third call back, looks like problems all now fixed One new issue, they relocated my existing Apple gear to another TV which is now a smart TV. However now I can't get cable on that TV. Looks like an issue with changing the Source, I will try to fix. Bottom line, now satisfied. Will insist on Best Buy Geek Squad members not contractors in the future.

Absolutely love it!! It was easy to put together and hook up to our satellite & easy to set up the screen. The picture quality is fantastic, couldn’t be happier !!

The TV is capable of a great image quality, but not with the native apps. 4k movies are the only thing that look decent on the LG apps. Native apps also have sound issues. The commercials play way louder and even the shows fluctuate in volume. A Fire Stick or a Roku would be a necessary accessory. Especially if you watch sports. You can't even get the ESPN app on the LG OS without an external streaming device. Once we got a Fire Stick, the TV was great! Resolved the image and sound issues.

I recently purchased this item at Best Buy as the next step below an OLED. I was thoroughly satisfied with the overall picture quality, but its dimensions were not similar to a previous Samsung QLED 55-inch that I returned. Therefore, I was forced to return it for a smaller model. The only complaint that I can ascribe to this TV is the software. The Samsung Tizen was much smoother and more user intuitive. This is an observation, rather than a knock against the model, as a whole.

The picture is beautiful and the sound quality is great. The setup was easy and adding additional apps ( VuDu etc) is also easy. We love it.

This tv is pretty nice.. shows great all modes..auto switch to game mode is nice feature. The smart remote is very very nice and i love it.. overall great TV and worth the money

Great TV. If you have an Xbox Series X or PS5 this TV gives you everything that you need. 4k and 120 frames a second The sound from this tv playing a 4k movie is amazing

I just purchased a LG - 55" Class NanoCell 90 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV Model:55NANO90UPASKU Last night, Step up was simple, connected my apps sounded good and image was pleasing. I watched a movie. Then started the auto update, went to the latest firmware 03.15.41 Today turning the tv on. It turns on to a black screen for a few seconds then boots to the webos page, sits there for minutes. Sluggishly goes to the the home sceen where things look normal. However any attempt to get to the settings allows the menu to open few seconds them closes the window. Then the whole system shuts down and it reverts to the grey webos screen. I few power resets (unplugging for 60secs and 30 minutes from the forums i found.) I thought that fixed it. It booted normally a few times and reset it to initial settings but then after a few minutes it just returns to greyweb os screen. I.e

Delivered with care. Really nice color. Mounted easily to the tv stand. Pretty light in terms of weight for a 55” television. Sound is also real intense with speakers from th tv alone.
