Bought this as an open box buy when we were shopping for a lesser TV. Very glad we sprung for this extraordinary picture. We use a surround sound system for much of our viewing but the sound is actually quite good for watching news and other programming where HT is unnecessary. Don't have Atmos yet but found this was one of the few TV's that will play Netflix in that format because they require a processor in the set as opposed to a pass-through. Don't love the WebOS and had to buy a 4k Fire Stick for ESPN+ and HBO Max

This is a fantastic introduction to premium OLED televisions. When you see the set in person, it's absolutely jaw-dropping. The B8 series brought back the 2017 processor and paired it with the new 2018 screen. If you have the budget to afford the C8 series, I'd recommend taking that extra leap to get the new 2018 processor for an even better picture. However, for the money, you really can't get a better television than this.

The picture is great. OLED is the way to go for sure. The only negative is that there aren't as many apps available as other TVs.

I have wanted an OLED for so long, I finally splurged and bought it when Best Buy had it on a deep discount, and I couldn't be happier. I cannot recommend an OLED TV enough, especially when watching content in Dolby Vision. If you're thinking of an OLED, I find the LG models to be truly remarkable, as the WebOS for their TV's are incredibly user friendly and come with all of the major streaming apps ready to install (Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon Prime, etc.)

This tv was super easy to set up, and it’s easy to use all the smart functions. Even for my technologically challenged husband! The remote is universal and works with my cable box with very little set up necessary. It does take a little practice to get used to the magic remote.

It's an amazing tv like everyone else says. The picture is simply beautiful. It was extremely easy to set up and the OS is simple to navigate and use.

This TV meets ALL of my expectations. The picture quality, the sound quality, and the responsiveness! It's pretty amazing! The size is perfect for my game room. I use it mainly for gaming and movie/TV! This TV is heavy, took me awhile to get it mounted on my home theater console. The main thing about this TV is that it provides EXCELLENT PICTURE QUALITY. Warning: this TV has auto-dimming issues, especially for some situation where the white brightness get too bright, it will auto-dim. Kinda really bothering me when I was playing Super Smash Bros Ultimate and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.

Wow, what a great picture.I just got it but I am so happy. I being waiting three years and it was on Clearance and I got it..Thankful. The colors are so sharp.

Clear picture. Only wish I would have gone bigger. Easy to hang on the wall and super easy to use. Hoping to pick up a second one in the near future.

Very happy with our new TV. Picture quality is outstanding. Install was simple, prompts walk you through the set up. Was up in running in about 10 minutes

I finally splurged and bought myself the 55” OLED B8. The tv looks fantastic just by it self with its very thin trim all black bezel. The picture is AMAZING!!! I keep finding myself watching any movies or shows from Netflix/Amazon prime that are in 4K content. The colors are very bright and the black is off the charts, it makes everything pop. I’m extremely surprised with the sound off the tv, it’s probably the best I have heard on a flat panel tv in a long while for the basic tv needs. But the picture of the oled paired with my focal surround sound speakers have kept me glued to my couch. My only complaint and the reason why I’m giving it 4 stars; you got to fiddle a lot with adjust the picture settings to get a more true and accurate picture colors and tones. Overall, hands down best TV in my opinion. My best friend is very disappointed with his Qled and now wishes he would have got and oled instead.

When I bought this I got it on sale but every site I went to mentioned this was the best OLED for the price. It’s been great so far. I’m not a huge fan of the moving arrow using the remote but you don’t have to use that. You can navigate using the arrows on the remote. Picture quality is great, rich colors, black blacks, and bright without blinding you. Great viewing angles and not too bad with reflections but not great either. I would highly recommend buying this TV if you’re looking for a quality TV.

A gorgeous picture. So easy to set up and use. Love that I can turn it off and on and switch channels with verbal command. paired easily with Google.

WOW, great TV, this is used in a SMALL Theater room and could not be happier (son's converted bedroom) the picture is outstanding, truly. Use it with the LG UBK90 and 4K movies are ridiculous. I own many 4K movies through Vudu as well still quite good but you are losing 50% of the 4K density when streaming even with a lightning quick Internet connection (which we have). Most people do not know that. Again 100% satisfied with this purchase!

This television make takes you right into the scene. The colors are superb and the sound works very well without the need for a sound bar.

Picture quality is one of the best out there, so many features I don’t think they missed anything on this TV, easy to use, I definitely give it a 10+

My wife and I purchased the Samsung Frame TV originally since we wanted something different in our bedroom. The Frame was nice and did what was advertised, but it just could not compare to the LG OLED tv we have in our living room. Having one OLED poisoned us so we had to return the Frame and get this 55 inch for our bedroom. We are so happy we returned the Frame. Excellent picture quality, nothing competes honestly.
