This LG TV has a terrific picture, like looking out a window, great sound, and easy set up. Also love the smart TV features.

the picture on my new LG OLED is unbelievable. blackest blacks, most vibrant colors, most realistic flesh tones. incredible.

I recently had one of my 3 old plasma tv's quit working and I need to replace it. I wasn't sold on some of the current LCD technology. When they introduced these OLED i became interested after seeing the picture. I finally pulled the trigger and decided to replace the TV and went with the LG OLED. The picture is amazing.. The detail and colors just POP. I added a 4k player to this as well and the movies are great. I still love my Panasonic Plasma's, but I think this OLED from LG is just as good.

This tv has incredible color and the quality of the picture is outstanding. Watching HDR movies on this things is amazing.

Updating from a 10+ year old LCD with set top box, it’s still fine, but moved to a secondary room. I chose this 55” for my living room space, wired directly to my router not on WiFi as this is my first smart tv, also use with hd antenna, not cable, fine reception and picture. Located above my corner fireplace, it’s viewable from any area in my room. I was concerned the 40w speakers would require a new $$ soundbar, but they are just fine alone, but I wired to my legacy 5.1 surround!

Great picture, easy to use, super thin, looking great

I read a lot of reviews as this was the first tv I had purchased in probably 10 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with the purchase. The LG OLED is such a beautiful picture! The colors are so bright and vivid! I love the thin screen, and I couldn’t imagine having gotten anything different. The only thing to consider is maybe also getting a sound system to reallly augment the viewing experience. I waited two months to do that and am glad I spent a little more to do so!

Best. TV. Ever! No comparison to any of the other new technologies (QLED, etc.). Beautiful picture and nice integration of internet channels via the LG Channel Plus App. I have not experienced the daytime glare problem that another reviewer mentioned, and I have the TV in a room with one wall that is entirely made of glass.

This TV checks all the boxes for me. It’s been great to watch sports on, really impressed with how well It keeps up with video games, and been great to watch movies on. I was looking to upgrade my screen and get rid of any lag or blurriness up close. Mission accomplished

We love the clear picture and I find switching to YouTube to be like changing the channel. The only issue I encountered was with my cable convert box when using HDMI. There was a sever lip synch issue, about 1.5 seconds. I installed a software update and the problem went away! Only saw the issue with the cable box. My blue ray player and old DVR both worked fine on their HDMI connections.

TV was easy to set up and connect with home network. Rich deep blacks, decent onboard sound, but added Bose sound bar.

This is the best tv I’ve owned. And the remote even works well with my cable provider! The picture quality is amazing!

The picture is amazing. 4k broadcasts are years away. Sports look amazing on this set. As for being a smart TV it seems that having to buy a sound bar and having to buy a wireless Bluetooth headset instead of a wired headset makes those additional purchases smart for the manufacturer not the consumer. If this TV were smart there would be access below the TV set to plug in the sound bar and you wouldn't have to hard wire it separately. It should snap into the bottom of the set. On that issue it really isn't smart at all. It's been designed for the future more than the present. That being said it's worth the money. Don't expect every show to be more than the technology behind it. You will need a sound bar but you don't need one as wide as the TV. If you've got money to burn Bose and other high end bars that have a separate bass and treble control are best.

Have had TV for a couple months now. No issues. Have it connected to both my cable box/DVR and my computer. Excellent picture on both. Also connected directly to Internet via Ethernet. I use the built in Netflix app for Netflix but will use the computer connected to TV with wireless keyboard to surf web when kicking back on the lazy boy or when watching Drumeo videos while on the exercise bike. Sound decent but will go through my stereo when I want better sound.

I love my new TV. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new one. The picture is very sharp and I love the color

Beautiful picture, wide viewing angle. These OLED TVs are as good as they say they are. Can't go wrong with this one.
