    One Sharp TV

This TV is insanely sharp. It's incredibly thin, the picture is very sharp and clear, the color range is wide and deep. I first thought this TV was a little over priced, but after purchasing, I see why it has a premium price tag. LG even made the TV look stylish with it's colors. It's got an eggshell white and aluminum color theme. It looks very clean and is aesthetically pleasing.

I researched all of the OLED UHD TVs for many, many months. At first I was going to get a Samsung SUHD TV and then the OLED TVs dropped in price so I couldn’t justify paying just as much for inferior technology. The LEDs can’t hold a candle to the OLEDs for picture quality so when the price was right, I went ahead and purchased 55’ LG OLED C7, it was that or the Sony OLED. When comparing the TVs side by side I saw that the LG was just as good and hundreds of dollars cheaper. What’s funny is the fact that LG patented OLED so Sony’s OLED is the SAME EXACT SCREEN that is in use for LGs TVs. They use different filters and such to clean it up a smidge but all in all the same. After all the facts I stuck with LG. The sound leaves a bit to be desired but a reasonable sound bar takes care of that and you still come out a lot cheaper than when buying the Sony. It has everything you could or would want when buying a high-end tv. If you are looking for a great tv and have the cash you can’t go wrong with this. Peace.

Incredible picture esp. when watching Netflix or Amazon 4k content. Even regular cable looks incredible even though standard HD. I did tinker with the settings to get rid of the "soap opera" effect, and the picture is perfect for my taste now. I paired it with a sonos soundbase and watching Blade Runner 2049 was like being at the movies with that combo.

Love this TV - first time I've treated myself to a high-end new TV. The beautiful colors and perfect contrast/blacks, along with HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HLG support make this perfect. Plus, there are multiple inputs (not just HDMI) which meets all my needs. Best TV on the market.

I was originally going to go with my "Go To" brand Sony, but when I saw the vibrant rich colors and deep black levels, it was a no brainer on the TV I was going to buy. I have watched several movies in different formats and the picture quality is just amazing. Glad I bought this TV and looking forward to much binge watching from here on out.

Great black levels and excellent contrast make this one of the top-dog televisions out there. You get hardly anything you'd notice extra with the C-class versus the B-class, so you can save some money by going that route.

I have a PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, and a gaming PC (GTX 1080ti) that I use with this TV. Gaming in 4k with HDR on this TV is amazing. The picture is incredibly clear and the colors really pop. The increased contrast and true black have to be seen to be believed. I absolutely can't recommend this TV enough. Don't even think about it. Just buy it.

All four of our televisions fall under the Magnolia Home Theater umbrella. That being said the LG C7 series has by far a better picture and sound quality compared to our Samsung television that is considered in the same quality category as our LG. The visual of the LG C7 is simply magnificent and the audio is theatre quality and that is without a soundbar attached. We have the 55" size in our smaller living room and almost wish our perfectly working Samsung in our family room would break down so I can replace it with the 65" version of the LG C7. Believe me you will not be disappointed with this television. Also, check for an open-boxed one in excellent condition, which is what we did and it saved us an extra $250. Lastly, don't pay for set-up, it is as straight forward and hand holding as you can get because of the simplicity of the magic remote and LG's step-by-step instructions on the television screen.

Outstanding picture quality - easily surpasses the black levels of my high-end plasma set. Colors are vivid in part because of the high contrast level. Set is very sleek with a very thin (but sturdy) bezel.. Exhaustive list of built-in smart TV options. If you're looking for optimum picture quality, look no further than this OLED set.

Bought the LG OLED 55" - excellent price - great picture and relatively easy to set up. Rated #1 by Consumer Reports in all aspects - Unit is a little "touchy" to operate sometimes, but love the updated, built in capability to connect to Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc. EVEN with my poor DSL internet connection from Verizon!

The picture quality on this TV is like nothing I have ever seen. It's gorgeous to look at from any angle, and the picture quality is super crisp and detailed. The WebOS smart TV OS is a little weird, but you get used to it. I don't like, however, the advertisements on the OS home menu. Samsung TVs do this too. If you payed for a TV that's this expensive, you deserve to not be pestered with ads.

I've had this TV for almost four months now and every time I turn it on, it reconfirms my decision to spend a couple extra bucks to buy it. It's easily the best picture that I've seen on a TV. Dolby Vision HDR content looks terrific on this set. At the most recent sale prices, it's a no-brainer if you're looking a great picture.

Loving the TV so far! The picture and color quality are very impressive and HDR looks great when playing video games on my PS4 Pro. This model has received glowing reviews on third party websites and that is why I picked this one. I'm very happy with my purchase as well as the mounting job that the Geek Squad performed.

This is the best tv I've ever owned. The picture is crisp, blacks are ink black, motion is smooth, and colors are true. Love the glass screen, the magic remote, and easy to use. It even pulls in a perfect signal on my antennae unlike all my other tvs.

The picture on the OLED TV is nothing short of brilliant. The colors are wonderfully bright and the blacks are pitch black. There is no backlit black like on the LCD TVs. This TV costs a lot but I live it.

We are very pleased with the LG 55" OLED Smart TV. It has worked as advertised with great pictures, colors, and sound. We have not yet utilized all of the features. However, in view of the success we've had so far, we don't anticipate any issues. The stand does not consume a lot of space and is stable in holding the screen.

I did an incredible amount of research before purchasing (and even after). Coming from a 10 year old Sony, I felt like I might be missing out by not staying in the Sony family, but the Android TV reviews were so bad and the price difference so great that it woudn't make sense to spend 1k extra for a name and image processing. After you forget about all the rtings and Avforums reviews and just start experiencing this TV, it's hand's down one of the best sets available. The new C8 is out now, and even with that I have no envy with this incredible picture quality. I use an Apple TV for all of my streaming content, so I don't have much to say about the LG interface aside from it's not obtrusive, is fast, and easy to navigate. The Technicolor profile seems to have the best default settings for movies and TV shows, but the Game and Sports modes should be used when using the set for that type of content. As long as there are no issues with image retention (don't have much content that has static images) I imagine it will be another long while until I upgrade again.

My 12 year old big screen started developing those dots, so after several stops at the store and reading many reviews, we picked this TV. Great picture even in a room that has light during the day. Much easier to operate. It works with my Bose surround system, even older movies using an older technology look better.

we bought the LG OLEDc based upon the recommendation of a friend who had the LG OLEDb. We love the color --- size --- The only negative is that the channel changer is not lighted and you need to have an overhead light or a flashlight to be able to see the various selections. Still learning how to operate the TV
