The Television is top class.The service was quick and seamless and the customer service personnel was informative and patient.

Almost ready to return it, or just throw it in the trash. Remote is DIFFICULT, ANTI-INTUITIVE. CAPTIONS are CRITICALLY IMPORTANT for us. LG channel doesn't have them AND THIS TV requires programming them on EVERY MOVIE, EVERY EPISODE, as master CC DOESN'T WORK. Typing in a search, DOESN'T ALWAYS RESPOND - SUPER FRUSTRATION.

For those captions, just hit the Settings button on your remote, go to Accessibility, and then Closed Captions to make sure the master CC is turned on. If you still can’t see the captions on LG Channels, it might be because the broadcast source isn’t providing them. And about the remote, you can make navigating a breeze by downloading the LG ThinQ app on your smartphone. It lets you control the TV in a more relaxed way and even type searches right from your phone.

White light glowing up from bottom.

I bought this TV based on it having the best picture of all the tvs in this price range on the shelf. Less than a month and a half later there's white light glowing up from the bottom. It's past the laughable 2 week return period. I guess the companies got their money for this cheap garbage.
