The picture quality is excellent, and the sound is good. The only problem is getting it to open a streaming app when I turn it on. LG Support says that it needs an external device like a Fire Stick, to be able to do that, but I still can't do it. I guess I'll have to spend more time talking to support. It's annoying to have to go through all the steps to get YouTube TV every time I turn on the TV.

Good clear and crisp picture. Sound is decent but would be better with a sound bar.

Very pleased with my LG 55inch TV. The picture is bright and vivid and I attached a TCL speaker to it and found it matched well with the TV. I'm a happy camper!

Great tv bought it for my bedroom easily connected to internet great picure quality easy to navigate, remote is a lil to small for all the buttons but over all i would recommend this TV for price and quality picture and sound and ease of set up.

The price for the quality of the product cannot be beat. Crystal Clear, Color is sharp and contrast is right on. The Fact that it is a "Smart TV" is just a bonus. We actually are using this for a Zoom Conference Monitor in a conference room as well as for training. So having it hooked up to a PC is easy, too.

I needed a new tv after having a roku for quite some time. Since I already had experience with LG devices, this one was perfect. I love the layout and colors. Lg has never done me wrong

We got this TV to replace a slightly smaller one in our living room, then took the older TV downstairs to replace a nearly 20 year od 32". We like the LG because of vivid color and good wifi reception. It took us a bit to get it "tuned" to us, but now we like it a lot. One other reason was that our local cable carrier was leaving the business, so we thought it was time to get a "smart" TV. For us a big step.

Great TV. Beautiful picture. Only gripe is you should probably add a sound bar as the speakers sound very tinny.

Picture quality is excellent, even in a well-lit room with abundant natural light. Sound quality is average, probably better with a sound bar for action movies.
