This TV was a gift to elderly aunts. They love it! They larger screen size, clarity of picture and ease of control. Best Buy delivery & setup was great.

Super value and a great picture, added the sound bar which really makes this TV perform amazingly well! Good intuitive setup also, which was nice.

This television has a great picture and live the built in apps. Was a little disappointed that one of the apps was not HBO max but all in all very good.

Works great, good color, easy to use. Best of all is that it fit the stand I already have. Delivered on time and set up quickly and ready to go.

This TV was so easy to set up and better than my LG from 5 years ago. Love the Sling built-in and all the other apps. Tons of free Movies and station's.

Great picture quality! This is a great size tv. The picture is very clear. I love the many apps that ate pre installed and the ease of operation.

We worked with your salesman to find the television tha worked the best for us. It was exactly what we were looking for; it works and looks great. The people delivering it were very accommodating. They set it down in a place where it wasn't difficult for me to move if necessary. The tech who installed the television was awesome. He worked with us to be sure we could use the remote as well as making sure the settings were set and what we needed up to, and including, skin texture/color. Excellent tv and it's so easy to use. Very affordable price for a 55" tv. The picture is so vivid, the sound quality is awesome and the specs are great.

This Tv is petty good and that's just about it. The color is good, the sound is good and you don't have to be a rocket scientist to navigate the menu. But i notice that whenever something moves on screen, whether live action or animation, the moving image gets these wavy looking pixels all around it. It even happens during slight movements such as a character's moving mouth. I thought about exchanging it, but as a non car owner, it would be too much trouble for a 55in. And i do have 2 years insurance on it so there's some flexibility.

not sure to say the very best picture as compared to our old 47" LG LM7600 that has a great picture but this one's still very good and of course depends on what's providing the pic. Love the remote I swear it has a button for everything you need in a compact size and lightweight. I like speed of changing channels and quick tune in for surfing and info on each channel. even though we use an antenna there is actually a TV guide and there are hundreds of LG provided stations with lots of content in addition to the apps we wanted like youtube, netflix, hulu

So far so good. Easy to set up, great picture and sound (without a sound bar), and fits nicely in my living room. Definitely everything I need.

Love the LG Smart TV, good picture, easy to set up, and just a great TV. I would buy this TV again, and the cubside pick-up was so easy to do.

Great picture quality. Easy to use. Price for quality is great. Like the size not overwhelming. Wish could stream on LG with Spectrum app.

We have 2 other LG TVs with the magic remote and lots of features. This one is somewhat lacking. Especially the lack of Bluetooth. When I got it I wasn't aware there was no built in Bluetooth. Also did not realize it did not come with a magic remote. Finally got a set up with a Bluetooth receiver, there is only one sound out port on this TV, which is the optical port. So If you need to hook up your headphones to watch TV quietly, you will need to at least get a converter box and a Bluetooth transmitter or just a Bluetooth transmitter. Also there are fewer options for video than on the TVs that come with the magic remote.

Our trusty 15 year old Sharp 42" TV died day before Super Bowl 2021. The BestBuy Super Bowl deal rescued us with this awesome LG 55" 4K Smart TV. Considering mostly postive reviews, it was the perfect size and price for our room as any bigger would just be too big. great display quality for all our entertainment needs and smart options work as expected. Hopefully this one last as long if not longer than our previous TV.

Pretty standard technology. I like LG as a brand but they're not the only company I own. I paid a great price for an open box unit and it has been just fine. There isn't any screen burn, there is a clean picture after we made some minor adjustments. Check out a YouTube to get at least the bare minimum "performance" from the purchase. I would give it 5 stars but to be honest, it's an older model and the technology in upper echelon televisions really is that much better. I have a Monster HDMI running to it with a Playstation 4 and I can't see any shadowing, screen blur, or color distortion/contrast ghosting.

The TV picture is good, no complaints. The size for the price I thought was excellent. The Smart functions of the LG TVs are second to none. Without a cable subscription and having high speed internet, this was a great choice to fill my media needs all based on using the apps that come with the TV. I waited a while to write this and I honestly have no complaints about this TV. I have recommended this TV to my friends and family.

Love this TV. My PlayStation 4 looks absolutely amazing on this. Super light, super thin. Great image quality at an amazing price.
