Did a lot of research, purchases n returns. Lg us the way to go if u use aN Apple phone. Samsung is not compatible n customer service and smart apps are very inferior to the lg. Once set up, which was easy, pretty much everything works w one touch of a button, or can be programmed to.

The only thing about it that has been any sort of problem is that I can't get a couple of my streaming services (discovery+ and HBOmax) because LG and these services don't have an agreement. I'm hoping this will be resolved soon with the popularity if these two services.

Worth the sale price!

The pricing was good for the overall product. Basic set-up is pretty easy, but some of the specific features are confusing when trying to tweak. Some of them take 4-5 hierarchy clicks to get to what you're looking for. The LG app store is nice but I would rather be able to upload my own choice of apps. Picture quality is sharp.

Great budget TV

An IPS screen, webOS UI and LG's excellent reputation made this a no-brainer for me coming from a 43" plasma. Spent some time calibrating the picture and we are are very happy it. Also, kudos to BestBuy delivery! It was the reason I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

Is it an LG thing? NO HBO MAX?!

I tried a 100 ways from Sunday and maybe I missed something, but everything I read says it cant be installed. Other than that the TV looks amazing on my wall and performs as expected. Man I wish I would have read a little more.
