Could have been happier

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have contacted the representative Mitch from geek squad only to find out he's not working at this time to inform Best buy that my television on occasion has a distorted sound issue having left a message and sent video no one has responded Mitch did a great job of installing it but I'm concerned that the sound is not the Wi-Fi but the television itself, furthermore after having spent $1,055 I don't see a representation of the points from that purchase in my account. Please respond and let me know how I can resolve these issues.
