We bought this as a cheap tv after our three year old threw a LEGO at our very nice 70 inch tv and cracked the screen. We can’t seem to connect it to Alexa. The remote control is annoying because it’s not backlit, the buttons are close together and there aren’t any ridges to center your hand over. There are also a couple basic apps that they don’t have. The stand is also more flimsy than I would like. But other than those things, it works well. The picture is clear.

Great size for small family room. Great color and sharp contrast. Reasonable pricing. Easy installation and set up for smart tv. The only negative is flimsy feet if you want this 30 pound piece of equipment set on console versus a wall mount. We did not plan to wall mount, but one of the plastic snap on feet broke during set up, so we had to go back to store and purchase wall mount. We two 32 inch tv’s that plastic feet are mounted with screws. Disappointing support design.

Amazing TV for the price! We were upgrading from an older TV without HD or anything special, and wanted something budget friendly but with great quality. This definitely fits the bill. Pros: - includes a stand so you don't have to buy one - great sound and picture - affordable - easy to setup - lightweight (30 pounds-ish?) Cons: - The Remote and UI/interface for the Smart TV/apps is clunky and frustrating if you're used to the dead simple glory that is Apple TV. So we ended up buying an Apple TV that we can use instead of the LG's built in smart TV interface. Especially since LG doesn't support The Spectrum app, which is how we watch HBO and things.

This really is a great tv at an amazing price. Easy to use, great color etc. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the remote. This is the 2nd one we have purchased and the first one came with a MUCH better remote, and the one we just bought has a terrible remote that came with it. So, BE SURE TO CHECK to make sure the tv you purchase has the best remote. I believe it is called the Magic Remote.

Price is great on this tv but the easy set up was great too. Also a shout out to Best Buy for making the pick up of this product so easy. From the time that i arrived in the curbside pickup area until i left could not have been more than five minutes...yes, 5 minutes!! Your employees have this process done to a science. A job well done!!!

Delightfully surprised by both the picture and the sound! I purchased this to replace a 48in Phillips we bought in 2008. This is being used as a master bedroom TV and also to monitor our wired home surveillance system. Out of the 10 other flat screen TVs we've owned since our first (the Phillips) this is the first one that has both a beautiful picture and a rich beautiful sound. We've owned everything from a Vizio and Samsung curved (currently our living room tv) to off brands. Each requiring a sound bar to compensate for poor sound quality. Had I purchased this before the 65 inch Samsung curve for my living room we would have another one of these, just in a larger model. Definitely budget friendly. Great price point. When you factor in not needing a sound bar to compensate for inadequate internal speakers it makes this TV an amazing price!

great T.V. I WILL NOT have anything in my house. LG is now my favorite. Apps are easy to install. Picture is phenomenal. Price, is DEFINATLEY on point. yes, you can get cheaper T.V.'s but you will suffer in picture quality.

Purchased an LG-55" Class UN7000 Series television about a month ago. Image clarity is excellent and color is vivid. Perfect size for our living room. It's easy to operate. Have not had problems with this product so far.

Picture: Image is super crisp and high quality. I’ve always liked my screens to be bright, and this TV is a little dimmer than I’m used to, but not worth any review deductions. Sound: I have a smaller space, so the TV’s speakers are plenty loud for me and they don’t sound like they are struggling like my older, smaller TV did at half volume. Apps: Includes almost every steaming service I use plus many more apps I don’t use. If your internet connection is strong and consistent, you will not have any issues (Ethernet or WiFi connections have been good for me) Size: Again, small space, so this size is the peak of my tolerable level (55”). Works perfect for me and mine. Keep in mind the stands are towards the outside of the TV, so you will need a TV stand almost as wide as the TV.

Love this tv so much! It has amazing picture quality and sound. Also very user friendly. We’ve had this tv for over 3 years and have had ZERO ISSUES. And it’s lived through 2 moves

Easy to setup, preloaded with all the right apps- Netflix, Disney, Amazon prime, and Hulu. Kids love the picture snd we are pleased with the sound and picture: LG products are fabulous and last a long time.

This LG TV has a beautiful picture and quality sound for a price not to break the bank. Its best in its class. Its is a high resolution screen with tons of built-in apps. Its going to be hard to find a better deal on this size TV and the options included in this TV. I would recommend picking up the five year warranty on this TV although I have no doubt that you will need it but better safe than sorry. I got this TV as a present for my inlaw six months ago and I am still impressed with the TV when I go over to see them. They absolutely love it.

This LG television has all the top quality perks as their higher priced competitors. The color and picture are superb, the size is perfect for any room in your home. It’s very easy to maneuver through any function you perform. The price is very affordable and well worth the years of enjoyment it will bring. The sound is very clear and loud with no muffling or distorted issues. I am very satisfied with it’s performance. This television has checked all the important boxes for any entertainment you want to pursue.

We upgraded our Vizio that we had for a few years to this one. When we visited Best Buy, it was the first one to catch our eye. The color is beautiful. A huge upgrade from what we were used to. The guy at Best Buy was super helpful and informative. Delivery was fast and safely done. Set up was pretty simple. Very user friendly with using apps. We were used to using a FireStick, but actually prefer how this one works. The only issue we have experienced was with the volume. It would get super loud during commercials, but after a quick google search and adjusting a setting, it was perfect. We absolutely love this tv!!!

Love the quality of the tv. Image is clear and good for gaming. The only thing i did not read is that it doest not have bluetooth, something i would of like in order to get rid of the cables for the bluetooth speakers i had. Overall great to star the movies and apps. One last thing, lg does not support some apps like HBO, so unable to see it over the regular app, i think you can access it through apple tv and all but not going to bother, usually just watch hulu or netflix.

Easy set=up, great picture. Excellent TV at a very reasonable price. I was able to quickly attach my free-standing TV stand. This was one of my best purchases this year.

So far I love this TV. I purchased this to replace the LG Smart TV I purchased at Best Buy in 2016 because my almost 2yr old grandson chucked a toy at it & broke the screen. I love the ease of set up & all the LG channels that are included for streaming & the picture is great. The only problem I have with it is I can't seem to get my LG sound bar system (2014 model) to connect using ARC so I can control it with the TV remote. Works fine with the optical, but no synced TV remote

Fantastic Smart TV. Works well with app on my Android phone and with Alexa. Great picture and easy to set up. Overall a great TV at a good price!
