I have to say, it is a nice t.v. with all the bells and whistles, but, I gave 3 stars because of picture quality and the OS lagging and crashing on app uses. Now, i have compared the t.v.s picture quality to my old 2011 Rent a center model and find a very small difference between quality (especially in "game mode", my new t.v. turns into a fuzzy version of my 9 yr old t.v.). I am currently opting to put my old t.v. back into the master bedroom. Im not intending to bash, just being as honest/authentic as i can with my experience with this LG product. But this was my first t.v. purchase in almost 10 yrs.
