nice picture and sound like best buy service good customer service

Great value for the quality. We would recommend this purchase.

When I entered your store I went directly to the tv section. There were 2 other people there. We hollered for help and looked for someone. Not enough employees on the floor for this time of the year. Then Jovante came to help me, he was on break, so there was no one to cover for him during his break. Not good customer service. Jovente answered my questions, helped me and 3 other people at the same time. I waited my turn. I listened to him as he talked to the others about tv's and that helped me make my decision. He was very helpful, opened the box. When I got home, the legs to the tv were broken and screws missing. I purchased a return, but since they were broken, why put them back in the back. I had to purchase legs for the tv before we could use it, thus we could not use it that night. I did not buy legs from Best Buy, 45 minute drive from my house. Jovante was great, he took my tv to my car and loaded it. He was great, Best Buy policies not so great.

I bought this on sale for $349. The only thing I could complain about if I was nitpicking is that the blacks aren’t as dark as they were on my old plasma, but that is to be expected. I’m glad I decided to purchase an LG and not one of the cheaper Chinese brands. It’s worth the extra money.

It's a great TV overall but I wanted Roku on my TV too. It seems as if the tv gets confused with the web-based OS and Roku even with them being hooked up to different hdmi ports. Overall for the price it's a good buy!

Great tv for the price. Has lots of features and apps

my faithful plasma tv died and so the man cave needed a replacement. I tried the Rokucoo but its not for me. Doesnt mean its inherently bad. Its just not man cave style. I can tell my xfinity remote what i want to watch and boom, there it is. Im talkin a sandwich and beverage in one hand and remote in the other. It just doesnt get any better than that.

I would give this TV more of a 4.3 if I could. Pros: #1. Great sound. Obviously, it's not as good as it could be with a soundbar, and I think we all know that. But it's leagues better than the TV in my bedroom, and it fills our living space wonderfully. #2. Beautiful picture quality. This is to be expected from a 4K HDR TV, and the LG 55' TV delivers. There are different visual settings you can mess around with to fit your liking, and we've really enjoyed that. I'm very pleased with the picture quality on this TV. #3. Tons of audio and visual settings to play with. When we watched our first video on the TV, we agreed that it didn't look quite right. In fact, I even found the colors to be a bit much on my eyes, and they're not even old! We quickly found, to our delight, that if you press the gear button at the top right corner of the remote, you're presented with the option to change the picture settings! It was super fun messing around with them, and now we can easily find a setting that will heighten the beauty of whatever we're watching! The same goes for the audio settings, which you can access the same way as the picture. These are labeled more literally (cinema, music, etc), and they do their jobs well! My sister and I have even started using the TV to jam out to music while our parents aren't home because of this. The settings they provide you with really help you heighten your viewing and listening experience! #4. Fast loading/processing. The TV boots up super quick, and is able to load apps and content just as fast! It's a breeze to use once you figure everything out. I'll also use this time to mention how painless it was to set it up when we turned it on for the first time. #5. Tons of input options on the back of the TV. There are four HDMI inputs, with one being HDMI-ARC and another a USB port, as well as an Optical Audio Port, which is something I'd never even heard of. There are also the standard green, blue, red and white inputs, a LAN input, and one for your antenna. #6. Simple, beautiful and lightweight design. We decided to mount our TV on the wall. That required us lifting the TV quite a few times while we got it set up, and it was a breeze! My Dad went off on a whole spiel about the old tube TVs and how heavy they were, he was so surprised. We also love how the TV looks as a result. #7. Good deal for the price. I was originally looking at a Samsung 50' TV for the same price as this one, so when Best Buy recommended this to me instead, I kind of skeptically assumed there would be something wrong with it to make the price so low. While there are definitely a few features sacrificed here that I either do or feel I will miss, I definitely believe that this TV is a good deal at its price point. I recommend it! Cons: #1. Confusing interface. This was more of a simple learning curve issue since I DID adapt to it eventually. But when you first jump onto that main screen, you're definitely going to feel intimidated. It was nothing like I'd ever seen before. #2. The remote. I didn't like the remote layout at first, and you might not either. I definitely pressed the wrong button multiple times while I was figuring things out. The "back" and "exit" buttons are frustratingly close to the "ok" and arrow buttons, which is what I struggled with the most. I would suggest putting those buttons in the middle of the remote. I usually look down at the remote while I'm pressing things, just to be safe. #3. Connectivity issues. This is perhaps what frustrates me the most. More often than not, the TV does not hold an Internet connection after you shut it off. Because of this, every time I want to simply turn on my TV and quickly watch a YouTube video, I instead have to go through the network connection settings and reconnect to my Wi-F firsti. I'll admit that it doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's highly frustrating! I feel like this shouldn't be happening in a TV of this price range and build. #4. No Bluetooth. I knew that this was a thing before I bought this TV, and at first, I didn't expect it to bother me that much. But I do believe it should have been included; the TV feels a little outdated without it.

i love my tv. i couldnt fit it into the bck of my car when i picked it up. but i still really enjoy it i hvent had it for that long, but i play xbox on it everyday and it has such a nice display , def cant go wrong if your considering buying this one. you will not be disappointed.

No complaints. The built in Pluto app with all the channels is fantastic. Only pay for internet at home. so besides having all the streaming apps that we use. being able to see live TV with so many options with the built in Antenna or the Pluto app is awesome.

This TV has been a welcome addition to my garage man cave. As an extra tv it was handy to have this one when my old TV went out in my Rec Room. I will be returning this to the garage soon.

Clear picture, so worth it, perfect for my dad’s bedroom.
