All worked well with no major issues. Did have one slight issue, originally had also purchased a set of SONY headphones to use with the TV. They would not work. Overall though was satisfied with the support and products.

beautiful picture so far good salesman not helpful at all thank gosh I went on line to look before I went to store to purchase. would have saved time just getting on line not one in store to look at picture and sales man was not wanting to help me at all

Got this on a good deal great picture, but it keep turning on by itself. I spoke to LG tech and they keep coming up with all kind of excuses. I ended up taking it back to Best Buy

I was between this and the Samsung version but I opted for the LG because it is a slightly darker screen and it was going in a bedroom. However the smart app selection is not as good as Samsung.

Beautiful TV and so easy to install!! Was harder getting in the car, but a great Best But employee saw us two girls were out of our league and took care of the problem!!!

I bought two of these TVs. I returned one of them for minor defects but bought the same one the very next day. Too bad I had to drive 20 miles out of my way to pick it up since the store didn’t want to ship it to me.

This TV is a good addition to our house. I would have preferred a center stand but buying a stand was a work around. The resolution is great. The color is not as good as some of our previous TVs. The Smart WebOS is fantastic. I would suggest this TV.

Had to do a factory reset within 2 weeks of setting up. Not sure exactly why, but would go thru a full reboot whenever it was turned on. Might have been something with initial setup, but factory reset fixed it. Other than that, quite happy with the product.

This TV was purchased for my boyfriend he wanted to get an updated TV. I actually did ask him if he liked it and he said yes it’s very nice. And we got it on sale so the price was nice

the tv purchase was relatively simple, ordered on line and picked up in store. associate assisted in bringing to the car. was very pleased with the whole operation. setting tv up was fairly easy picture is good but not as crystal clear as our previous samsung.

best buy and definately the geek squad are awesome they know what to do and get it done i already wrote a review for the person that came with new tv i want her to come to az to set up tv shes soooooo good

i love shopping at Best buy. the Geek Squad does a very good job and is very informative. also it not to far away from me.I can find what i need there and if its not on show they orders it for you. Very helpful.

I am used to a Vizio tv but since mine took a dump last month I decided to give LG a try. So far I am loving it. Very easy to navigate/use and it doesn't have the long start up that my Vizio did.

Store personnel were great. I had to effect an exchange. It was handled without any hassle or difficulty. Securing the correct replacement likewise went very smoothly and efficiently. Great job, BB!

Great TV for the money. The only issue is that the feet are located at the outer edges instead of in from the sides. Buyers just need to make sure to check out that dimension when deciding on a TV.

Great tv. My 3rd LG purchase. I love my tv and would recommend it to family and friends alike. My experience with Best Buy has always been fantastic. Thank you Best Buy for being my go to Electronic store.

We love our LG TVs. This is the only brand we use, and they are easy to setup. Just a few simple steps and you are watching anything you want. We have some LG’s over 10 years old, and still working.

This is our 2nd LG SmartTV that we have purchased. We bought the 1st one 3 years ago and it is still working fine. Thanks to Best Buy, we always get good quality products and very good service.

I'm a little disappointed that it doesn't support HBO MAX, Charter Spectrum or AT&T live. I've had the tv for two weeks and I'm still trying to get it programmed. The picture quality is sharp.

This product is extremely useful. I’m enjoying my new LG that came with all the app's I was looking for in a TV. I love this product because I’m not using cable on this product only streaming.
