Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the picture quality, easy setup, and price of the 55" Class UN7000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. They appreciate the excellent image, great picture, and good sound quality. The TV is also considered to be a great value for the price. However, customers are negative about the remote control, lack of apps, lack of Bluetooth, durability, and color. They find the remote controller difficult to use, are disappointed by the limited app selection, and wish the TV had Bluetooth connectivity. Additionally, some customers have experienced durability issues and find the colors to be not very bright.

For us this is a huge upgrade because our last TV is an LG we got 12 years ago which is still going strong with a TON of use! I was going to return it because there was white in the bottom right corner of the screen. I noticed the corner of the screen was slightly pushed in, after I tapped on the back (corner) of the TV it popped out and the picture is perfect now. So far the picture is crystal clear and the gaming mode looks fantastic, the game setting looked awful on our last TV so I was skeptical. I use one of the expert picture settings for less artificial processing slightly tweaked to my preference and it looks very natural. This may not be the Top end TV but it’s budget friendly and so far great for us. I wanted the LG7300 but it sold out before I placed my order... I hope it’s still amazing quality like our last LG so it lasts for a long time.

Great picture and sound. Easy setup at a great price. Only downside for me is you have to navigate the remote in order to change the screen format instead of just pressing format and screen size.

For decades (am I showing my age) nothing beat owning a SONY TRINITRON. A TV set is similar to an audio speaker: it is very subjective. From the moment I started eyeing HDTV's LG's picture and my eye were soulmates. I now own two of them. The 55" is fantastic - mounted on the wall - and perfect for the nine feet I'm sitting from the screen. The only issue I have is sometimes trying to figure out which PRESET to use for VIDEO. In the old days, you just messed with COLOR, TINT, BRIGHTNESS, and CONTRAST. I love these TVs and even the sound is great for news and sports and TV shows. I do plan on investing in a new A/V receiver and CENTER speaker for enhancing movies and the same.

I only wish VRV was an app that I can add to the tv but the picture quality is amazing. Sound is terrific and it’s easy to use. I can connect it to my phone with an app and use my phone as a remote.

Great value for $379, crisp audio and very good picture, bright! Lots of features, including web browser and LG app store. Definitely missing Bluetooth, must use ethernet cable to avoid buffering. Build quality seems OK, flimsy backing probably helps with weight, but definitely makes this seem like a cheaper product. Highly recommended, looking forward to keep this TV for a long time!

While there are newer models in this TV class, this one checked all the boxes on value, picture quality, ease of set up and compatibility with cable and streaming services we use.

I have had several LG TV's and have loved them all. I believe they make the best TV's on the market. This one is everything I expect from LG. Attractive, easy to use and great picture quality.

Purchased and installed this TV about a week ago. I at first wasn’t too sure I was thrilled with my purchase. But after fine tuning the settings on the display I am very happy with the TV. I was comparing it with my OLED 55 inch in my living room and granted the OLED is sharper and truer to natural colors but for the price difference (4 times the price) I’m more than happy with this TV. It has a sharp picture and wonderful colors. The sound is great for a bedroom TV and I don’t need a sound bar as I initially thought I would. Plenty of volume and fullness or range. Good surround effects also. It can’t be beat for the price at $50.00 off and free delivery. Best Buy and LG scores again.

This tv has a great picture, and a regular full size remote with all of the numbers that seems to be uncommon with many of the smart tv remotes you see today. The thing that impresses me the most though is the sound from the speakers, which is outstanding compared to many of the newer tv's.The only time I use my soundbar anymore is if I am watching a movie.

After being disappointed with an Insignia brand 55" TV, I moved up to an LG model. The difference in visual quality was clear. Definitely worth the price difference. I've paired it with an LG SL4Y soundbar and really enjoy the combo. I'll note that I don't use the smart features, since I run content through a video game console. There are lots of options for customizing your display which I like. One feature that I missed is that it can't connect bluetooth headphones without additional hardware. Overall very pleased though.

We were looking for a big inexpensive tv for the bedroom. Saw one online that fit the bill, and also found a wall mount that seemed just right. The salesman did not recommend either due to the low prices. After showing us several others that were much more than we wanted to spend, he showed us this one that was slightly more than the cheap one we had come for originally. He then strongly encouraged us to purchase a more pricey wall mount. Apparently Best Buy has items online that are on sale for great prices, but they do not display those items in the store. Both items that we had come for were only in boxes and could not be looked at prior to purchasing. We ended up getting this tv and the cheaper wall mount and so far we are happy with both!
