    this review has nothing to do with the quality of the product I purchased but the way I had to go about getting this product, bought and paid for my TV at one location but had to drive all the way up north to pick it up, not so bad but was told the store didn't have that particular TV in stock at that store until after I paid for it that was wrong, plus after I drove all the way up north to pick up the TV, they were very upset and overwhelmed with other issues then I was there asking about a TV that had no idea about, they weren't sure that they even had the TV either after looking at the paperwork they deleted it sent me my money back made me rebuy that same TV in their store and then took well over 45 minutes to get the TV to my car

    Good tv - our Vizio mainframe died and needed something quick and inexpensive for our work out room. No frills - can tell immediately the difference btwn this model and the $2k models. Remote, picture quality and weight.

    LG is a brand I’ve grown to enjoy. They are stepping up their game really well. The material that are used for the tv legs /stand are flimsy they keep breaking and I had to use crazy glue to get the legs to stay on. Poor design

    Returning the tv. The picture was too unrealistic with the color. Color was too vivid. It also seems when watching sports the players skip and are blurry when they’re in motion.

    Install was easy, technician was intelligent knew how to do everything. Had issues with TV after a couple weeks. Went through a lot of trouble trying to get TV switched out. Took a couple weeks of phone calls.

    Performs as would be expected for a UHD but lower score due to problematic lack of “ease of use” of built in apps, scrolling features. Also, unable to remove Closed Captions. Would not buy this tv again.

    nice TV. bought from the outlet and return after 2 weeks. hubby said the volume would not turn on. had to turn off then turn on again for the volume . only happened once but took it back to not endure anymore issues.

    Stand that came with TV broke as soon as we attached it to the tv. Poor quality stand but good tv. Disappointed that I now have to look for another stand.

    Nice picture. The only thing I do not like about it is it is preloaded with apps and you can not download your own apps.

    The home install was great. The in store purchases didn't go so well. I really didn't have time to review the laptop and found it disappointing. Store policy is 15 days max . No buts.

    We needed the TV ASAP and we bought it to pick it up, we called to confirm the availability before get there. And when we get there they said that they didn’t had it. How is that possible? If you offer something to pick up is because you must have it. We had to schedule a delivery and it was such a pain. They rescheduled our delivery 3 times and we had to go AGAIN to another store AFTER MORE THAN A MONTH to pick it up. After an hour waiting they finally told me that I had to back the next day to pick it up. Annoying!!! By the way, The TV IS FINE.

    You will need a soundbar for this model. I don't understand why the speakers are now in the back.....unless of course to make you spend more on a soundbar. The picture quality is fine...

    After a little shy of a year my TV screen starting doing something weird it was like shadowing images and moving the images/cutting them off
