Unpleasantly Surprised

When it was time for a new TV I chose an LG. I was very disappointed in the picture quality. I checked all my connections and tried adjusting the picture to make it sharper, focused, clearer, but no luck. I had planned to exchange it for another one presuming it was a bad set. Unfortunately they were sold out. I went with a Toshiba.

Tv to heavy for plastic legs

Got it set up , all was ok until we heard a loud noise, the tv was on the floor shattered, one of the legs broke. Not only did the sound landing on the floor scared the lift out of us, we where just like shocked. I couldn't get no one in Best Buy to help me, only thing I could get was a refund for the extended warranty. Left completely with no tv and $351 lost. Never will buy anything again from Best Buy.

The picture was beautiful when I first bought the television but now it’s really bad like the picture is loosing its pixels. Just not a good television. And the 4K is really unnecessary because it’s no different than regular had television pictures.
