We worked with your salesman to find the television tha worked the best for us. It was exactly what we were looking for; it works and looks great. The people delivering it were very accommodating. They set it down in a place where it wasn't difficult for me to move if necessary. The tech who installed the television was awesome. He worked with us to be sure we could use the remote as well as making sure the settings were set and what we needed up to, and including, skin texture/color. Awesome all the way around, we'll be back. Sandy & Richard Pedro

This TV is good for the price and for basic TV users that are looking for basic 4K this is not a true 4K TV if you’re looking for 4K TV go with Q or O LED It really doesn’t matter what TV size just go with those types of TVs unless you’re going 8K then you’re already winning against 4K anyways so don’t just buy a 4K TV because of the price being 300 bucks or 400 bucks because you’re not gonna get the true 4K experience

We have 2 other LG TVs with the magic remote and lots of features. This one is somewhat lacking. Especially the lack of Bluetooth. When I got it I wasn't aware there was no built in Bluetooth. Also did not realize it did not come with a magic remote. Finally got a set up with a Bluetooth receiver, there is only one sound out port on this TV, which is the optical port. So If you need to hook up your headphones to watch TV quietly, you will need to at least get a converter box and a Bluetooth transmitter or just a Bluetooth transmitter. Also there are fewer options for video than on the TVs that come with the magic remote.

I always purchase larger TVs open box, especially when there is nothing wrong with them. I just always get a 5 year protection plan on it because it’s always worth it. If it’s missing something, it’s not hard to find what I conveniently need. The associates sometimes makes deals to but a mount of its missing the feet it sits on, or if it’s missing the remote or power cord, sometimes they compensate for those as well.

LG has been producing some very good LED TV's in the 45-65 inch range and this UN7000 series unit is no exception. It exhibits vivid and dynamic colors, high contrast with deep blacks and performs well with fast action programs including sports. Perhaps one minor limitation is viewing angle as image quality does start to drop off as one increases the viewing angle which has been less noticeable with the 55" unit set up in our living room than with the 50" unit we mounted in our dining/kitchen area when viewing from behind the island when working in the kitchen. Overall a very good value and excellent TV for general viewing purposes. I would recommend both the 50" and 55" versions.

The picture is amazing, but I'm wishing I would have done a little more research; here's why, you can't add the HBO Max app to this TV. I tried a 100 ways from Sunday and maybe I missed something, but everything I read says it cant be installed. Other than that the TV looks amazing on my wall and performs as expected. Man I wish I would have read a little more.

I bought this after my original 4k TV died. This is much better than my previous 4K with higher refresh rates and better control over color and picture quality control. The one thing, for audio there is only HDMI and digital out. No RCA out, so if you have audio equipment that uses RCA in then you'll need an Digital to Analog Converter. Other than that, it's great.

I was going back and forth between the LG and Samsung models. The TV I was replacing was an LG, 10 years old. Never had a problem with it, so I went with the LG again. Glad I did. Wonderful picture and good sound. Like the built in WiFi, makes streaming easier. Great purchase.

I have a Samsung and Sony that are much more expensive than this TV, but I have to admit I am impressed with this LG TV, especially for the price. I was looking for a more inexpensive TV since I would not be using it that often and I find myself watching it more frequently and don't feel like the other tv's are that much better. At times you can notice the refresh rate is not as quick as some of the more expensive models, but the color and overall picture is much better than I expected. Worth the money.

I am a little biased, but in my opinion LG makes the best smart televisions on the market. Hands down. Again, LG delivers a quality product. One of the features of this particular model was that it comes with the Disney Plus app already loaded. Along with the addition to the other high demand viewing apps, this product was so easy to mount and setup for my family. The Best Buy customer service was the best as always. I rate the price, value, and quality of this product 5 stars in every catergory!

I would give this TV more of a 4.3 if I could. Pros: #1. Great sound. Obviously, it's not as good as it could be with a soundbar, and I think we all know that. But it's leagues better than the TV in my bedroom, and it fills our living space wonderfully. #2. Beautiful picture quality. This is to be expected from a 4K HDR TV, and the LG 55' TV delivers. There are different visual settings you can mess around with to fit your liking, and we've really enjoyed that. I'm very pleased with the picture quality on this TV. #3. Tons of audio and visual settings to play with. When we watched our first video on the TV, we agreed that it didn't look quite right. In fact, I even found the colors to be a bit much on my eyes, and they're not even old! We quickly found, to our delight, that if you press the gear button at the top right corner of the remote, you're presented with the option to change the picture settings! It was super fun messing around with them, and now we can easily find a setting that will heighten the beauty of whatever we're watching! The same goes for the audio settings, which you can access the same way as the picture. These are labeled more literally (cinema, music, etc), and they do their jobs well! My sister and I have even started using the TV to jam out to music while our parents aren't home because of this. The settings they provide you with really help you heighten your viewing and listening experience! #4. Fast loading/processing. The TV boots up super quick, and is able to load apps and content just as fast! It's a breeze to use once you figure everything out. I'll also use this time to mention how painless it was to set it up when we turned it on for the first time. #5. Tons of input options on the back of the TV. There are four HDMI inputs, with one being HDMI-ARC and another a USB port, as well as an Optical Audio Port, which is something I'd never even heard of. There are also the standard green, blue, red and white inputs, a LAN input, and one for your antenna. #6. Simple, beautiful and lightweight design. We decided to mount our TV on the wall. That required us lifting the TV quite a few times while we got it set up, and it was a breeze! My Dad went off on a whole spiel about the old tube TVs and how heavy they were, he was so surprised. We also love how the TV looks as a result. #7. Good deal for the price. I was originally looking at a Samsung 50' TV for the same price as this one, so when Best Buy recommended this to me instead, I kind of skeptically assumed there would be something wrong with it to make the price so low. While there are definitely a few features sacrificed here that I either do or feel I will miss, I definitely believe that this TV is a good deal at its price point. I recommend it! Cons: #1. Confusing interface. This was more of a simple learning curve issue since I DID adapt to it eventually. But when you first jump onto that main screen, you're definitely going to feel intimidated. It was nothing like I'd ever seen before. #2. The remote. I didn't like the remote layout at first, and you might not either. I definitely pressed the wrong button multiple times while I was figuring things out. The "back" and "exit" buttons are frustratingly close to the "ok" and arrow buttons, which is what I struggled with the most. I would suggest putting those buttons in the middle of the remote. I usually look down at the remote while I'm pressing things, just to be safe. #3. Connectivity issues. This is perhaps what frustrates me the most. More often than not, the TV does not hold an Internet connection after you shut it off. Because of this, every time I want to simply turn on my TV and quickly watch a YouTube video, I instead have to go through the network connection settings and reconnect to my Wi-F firsti. I'll admit that it doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, it's highly frustrating! I feel like this shouldn't be happening in a TV of this price range and build. #4. No Bluetooth. I knew that this was a thing before I bought this TV, and at first, I didn't expect it to bother me that much. But I do believe it should have been included; the TV feels a little outdated without it.

I decided after I got the tv home that the color was not as nice on the nano cell. I returned the LG UHD and purchased the nano cell LG. The folks at best buy were really great and made the return and repurchase so very easy. The other LG UHD was a nice tv but my eye sight did not work as well with this tv.

We went to BB to buy a 55” Samsung 4K. The BB employee who helped us was very nice. We bought the LG model instead which was less expensive but didn’t realize until we got to our lake house 200 miles away that you couldn’t get the spectrum app on it. That was a disappointment. So I had to put a Roku stick on the new LG smart tv to get the spectrum app, which is counter productive. Other than that picture is great

The picture is very sharp and clear and colors are so vibrant! It instantly connected to our cable. It was also easy to connect to our smartphones so we can access the channel and volume controls. The sleep timer is used almost nightly. Great tv at a good price. I recommend it highly.

This TV is a phenomenal option because it has all of the features that a high-end TV has minus the Q-LED/OLED features but still a great buy for its price. I purchased two Of them one for my garage and the other as a gift for my sister and she absolutely loves it. if you don’t mind doing without the Q-LED or OLED technology this TV is for you.

I have contacted the representative Mitch from geek squad only to find out he's not working at this time to inform Best buy that my television on occasion has a distorted sound issue having left a message and sent video no one has responded Mitch did a great job of installing it but I'm concerned that the sound is not the Wi-Fi but the television itself, furthermore after having spent $1,055 I don't see a representation of the points from that purchase in my account. Please respond and let me know how I can resolve these issues.
