    I upgraded from Samsung Crystal 7 series. Thr color is richer. The UI is more personal preference. Both TVs seem to be about equal user friendly. But the LG does have better color.

    55 inch LG . Only knock so far on this tv to me is , why does it dim my game while I am playing then few seconds later go back to normal brightness ? Idk if hdr or game mode is causing this but I know it’s annoying af. I don’t notice it when watching regular tv or movies . Very weird to me . On bright side literally this tv is awesome in some ways . Auto connect when turned on screen mirroring airplay all of that . Still haven’t messed around with voice controls but In time I will . All in all I paid 350 , 450 if you include tax and 5 year warranty . I say you get what you pay for . And this right here my friends ain’t so bad .

    Great TV. Great pictures quality. Easy connect to Apple AirPlay. Speaker sound is no good, but I buy LG sound bar and I have great sound.

    Great tv for the price; I believe it was on sale when I purchased it. Easy, user friendly applications. Only issue I have is, you cant get the spectrum app on the LG platform.

    Since September 2022, I've been enjoying my LG - 55" Class UP700 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV that I purchased through an open box deal. It turned out to be an excellent choice, as I acquired a high-quality product at an incredibly affordable price. Many thanks to Best Buy for providing such a great deal.

    Good value product The usual protective layer on the screen is missing. Custom TV picture settings are only one. Audio is good.. The webOs app is really slow to start… takes 3+ seconds.

    Thanks to the Geek Squad and Best Buy. Due to a small defect in the screen of the first LG TV discovered during the first week of opération the TV was un mounted and a new one mounted at no cost. No issue with tve new one which is a solid unit that is working well in a bright location.
