    This certified GEEK Squad TV had no power cord in the box! This does not recommend their service. A cord was shipped, but it took 3 days to get here.

    Have to get used to Web OS. Had a Roku OS before. Remote doesn't always respond to screen up or down. Remote has some quirks. TV viewing is very good.

    Picture is amazing. I am am a roku user and this platform is much more difficult. I am purchasing a roku to connect.

    Overall good experience. Good value for money and a great display. The only dampener is the slower than usual OS navigation. The TV operating system seems slow.

    Great price for a semi large tv with a very good built in speaker. Picture quality is not the greatest but for a secondary room can’t beat the price. Perfect in my kids rooms.

    Tv works ok but I was not informed that my wiring would not connect with the new tv. It took verizon 9.5 hours to get the tv connected and working .
