Worth the Money

Okay TV

For a home gym (streaming classes) you may want to add a soundbar, or upgrade your choice of TV from the start.

From Roku to webOS

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this after my 55" Roku tv died and I'm very disappointed how a 2021 tv is so much slower and unresponsive compared to a 2016 cheap Roku tv. For example, when I press the home button it takes a few seconds for anything to happen on screen and that makes me press the button again thinking that maybe I didn't press the button right, and just to have the tv open and close the home menu because I pressed the button twice. It is really frustrating. Also the tv is super flimsy, it completely bends when wall mounted. I don't know if it was mishandled during shipping but considering how slow and the way the screen bends while wall mounted made me reconsider my purchase.

Very disappointing

It does nothing but buffer when streaming. I finally had to have the repair guy come under warranty and he spent 3 hrs switching out “mother bd” and doing whatever he could think with no success. His final answer was buy a “Fire Stick” thru Amazon. I did and it now works but why I had to put out more money for a fire stick is beyond me.

They sold me the used TV as a NEW tv,

When I got home and opened the box noticed it is the tv they put on the display. The yellow tag is still on the TV. Called store, they do not take any calls. Called customer service, they say I have to go back to the store which is 50 miles round trip for me. It would have been nicer if they took responsibility and send the new product and picked up the used TV which they sold to me as a new one. This is not to much to ask.

Horrible So called “smart” tv

I can not download any new app. I have called both the geek squad and LG and everyone says you can but they try and talk you through it and I guess our TV is the only one without the ability to get a new app. We only have what is loaded so I would never ever buy from LG again!

Not What I expected

I did not realize that this TV is a ‘direct light’ panel, which reduces the quality dramatically. Very disappointed in this purchase. Had to return it, but the representative at the store was very informed and assisted greatly - kudos to Best Biuy for excellent customer service
