    3 months in and the picture is divided into three areas. The left and right 1/4’s are bright the middle half is noticeably darker. I guess you live and you learn, won’t buy another LG

    Worthless. After two months got black screen and customer service is a joke. Luckily the management at local store allowed me to return it then proceeded to purchase the Best Buy branded one.

    Constant errors.. can’t ever finish watching a movie without getting an error message stating that something went wrong of getting the dreaded spinning wheel and never loads.

    I ordered this tv to deliver to my house 2 times and driver never show up . Very disappointed with best buy about delivering

    this 4k tv has a really bad picture and does not show dark seens in movies very well I would go with samsung vizio or sony stay away from lg

    No the TV is horrible, you cannot stream the major stations LG does not support DirectV nor Major carriers

    Screen looks very discolored and warped about a month after buying. Now it’s past the return date. I wouldn’t recommend.

    This tv is everything I sa hoping it would be. The picture is clear and crisp, the sound is great, the tv itself is relatively light, and it was extremely easy to set up. We ditched out cable and opted to purchase this tv and stream everything, the apps work wonderful with it! This tv was well worth the price.

    We bought this to replace a Samsung 55 inch that was about 1 1/2 years old. Samsung’s light went out on top right. We have an LG 32 which is already 7 years old and did not have issue. So we bought this LG 55. Screen is so much brighter even in a bright room. You don’t see reflection and the sound is so much better than the previous one. Plus, hanging it is much easier because it is so much lighter and the price is unbeatable.

    I love my TV, only problem I would say is that the tv stand legs are not as sturdy. The legs broke and now I have to position the tv a very specific way to prevent it from falling. The picture and sound is very great. I use this tv everyday and I love the sleep timer feature so I can play a random show in the background to put me to sleep. I would recommend to a friend but would warn them about the legs.
