Very happy with this TV. After explaining that it was for my 98 year-old aunt a Best Buy Associate pointed me to this TV and also set us up with a sliding wall mount and installation. We are very happy with the TV, ease of use, experience at the store and speedy work by the installation team.

We had a really great experience with the Best Buy guys with the product info till pickup delivery. Also the geek squad guys helped us getting through the insurance claim and getting a new product. They really worked together and made everything really simple. Kudos to you guys. Thank you guys !

Great picture, good sound, Remote on screen pointer sucks.

Great picture but the actual aps part sucks allways loading and buffering on everything but netflix

This is a good tv. It's very light and easy to handle.

I do like this television. It has a nice picture quality.

I love my new 55" LG except for the sound. It is good for the news but movies and anything else with any kind of background music could be much better. Also, when actors are speaking in soft or whispering tones, the dialogue is often inaudible. I have adjusted the sound modes repeatedly, but none really handle this problem.

Very pleased so far. We've had this a year and had no issues. The sound is subpar, but we already had an LG soundbar system that we hooked up to it. Nice TV for what we paid. The sound is the only thing that cost it a star.

Although customer service reps were available by the door, no one was anxious to help us in our purchase of two TVs. The rep that eventually assured us was very helpful and informed. He provided valuable information and made a couple of suggestions that we followed. Overall, very good service and welcoming advice.

Returned it for the Samsung AU8000 which has equally bright and rich colors but not as overly dark as the LG is. Though the LG never crackled audio with my xbox, yet the Samsung does even with an update.

I did not care for this TV. Might be my taste, but too busy of a Home Screen. Viewing angles were not the best. Kept asking for different permissions and keep asking after declining. Magic remote was cool, but I ended up returning.

Bought this for my sister and she loves it. She was searching for a tv for her room and she was waiting to get money to buy it. I found this tv and thought she’d really love it and comes to find out, it was the exact tv that she was going to buy!

Hate the remote and the ball cursor. Way too sensitive and frankly just irritates me and causes me to have regrets on not going with something simpler like roku. Good picture quality but not as good as my Sony. Least favorite of my new tvs.

I am very pleased with the overall quality of the Tv that I purchased. The person that installed the wall mount and connected the Tv was very knowledgeable. The person that installed the TV had a very pleasant attitude.

I love our LG tv we bought for our room, it has all the apps and the resolution is great.

LG tv’s are our go to TV‘s. This one is on a patio and we can see the screen well with the outdoor light shining in. Recommend external speaker. Still a 5 star since most all TV’s have crappy speakers.

The first Tv came broken up and such a great technician KEN who came back next morning with new Tv. Then hmdi cord was missing. Took about a week to get going but Ken was apologetic and encouraging throughout the process So far be I’m pleased with set up

Added a digital outdoor antenna and a LG sound bar. This is the best tv I have ever owned. I would recommend it. This tv has a voice activated remote control.
