  • this is a buyer beware tv. why no printed manual??

    most difficult tv to operate and to make matters worse it comes with no manual. the operating infor is contained within the tv software which gets lost when you try to follow the instructions. the remote is just as much of a problem as the tv. with every instruction you give the tv a voice comes on which can not be understood and i have not found out how to delete the voice.

    I'm glad I upgraded to 4k, now I can't go back. The TV is pretty decent but its one button design is a bit frustrating.

    We just got this yesterday. I'm disappointed for we upgraded from a much older model that had a much better picture and sound quality? You wouldn't expect that? I've tried changing the settings several times but not liking. I hope I can change this review but for now... Disappointed!!! Let me say the delivery guys were Great ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ to them! Thinking I should have gone with Samsung?!

    The colors are somewhat fake regardless which mode I am choosing. The on-screen magic cursor can be really annoying since it's not that accurate and it can be accidently activated with a touch to multiple buttons. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. I actually tried to return it only to find out BestBuy has a short 14 day return policy on it.

    This TV is decent enough, however, the remote is horrible! Too much focus on other features while basics like the volume and channel buttons are much too small. I've had it for a year and want to replace it.
