    We tried to replace an old 12 year old 55" panasonic plasma that finally died with this tv. In short we noticed a big difference in the picture quality. We thought the old plamsa was a much better/warmer picture than this one. So we ended up bringing this one back and ended up buying an OLED.

    I gave it three stars because I question its' design & stability for such a heavy unit especially here in California which is subject to earthquakes. Earlier TV's were designed with a central base (circular or rectangular) which gave them better stability and support.
